Review: It was the last leg of our trip so I need a place just to sleep and pack our stuff, but the room is very nice n fully equipped even though the size is small. The smell of detergent/bleach in the bedsheets is a bit too strong. Location is convenient with plenty of local food and cafe around, 2min walk to West Lake.

Despite the nice apartment, basic amenities like in-room tea/coffee facilities were missing, which was frustrating for a service apartment.nThe mattress was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No breakfast is offered, which is inconvenient considering the price point.nSpeaking of price, this property simply doesn't deliver value for money. You're paying premium rates for subpar service and missing amenities that should be standard.nIf you're solely looking for a well-located apartment in a nice building, this might work, but be prepared for service issues and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. For the same price, there are better options available in the area with more amenities and friendlier staff.
