Review: The staff speaks English and was very helpful. I had an amazing stay, there’s a fitness center and massage chairs, plus clean rooms with all the amenities, including a washing machine. The location is decent, with coffee shops and mini marts nearby.nn

Review: The staff was receptive to feedback. Only a small minus is the location which is a bit far from the old quarter and city center. Everything else is fantastic.

Positive points: Pleasant experience, was pretty clean, respectful stuff. Many things are included in the bathroom: toothbrush and toothpaste, razors, q tips, shower gel, shampoo, plenty of towels. Area is good for washing around, close to the lake. Felt like an upgrade after Bali:)

Review: My top of the list every time I go to Hanoi. The hotel & the staff were super welcoming & helpful. The value is absolutely a bang for the buck.

Positive points: The executive suite was perfect for 4 nights in Hanoi. We had a kitchen, separate bedroom, washer/dryer, and a living room with a smart tv. Loved the staff! They were so so nice!! If we ever come back to Hanoi, we will definitely stay again ❤️

Review: Firstly I would like to highlight how incredible the staff are! On my arrival I was greeted with smiling faces and then personally shown around the building where all the amenities were pointed out, which I thought was a very lovely touch. They even added me by WhatsApp and advised that if I needed anything to just contact them.nnThe room itself was exactly as described with even a couple of nice surprises. For example having Netflix was an awesome treat! They even provide some foot slides for comfort around the apartment. Having bathroom items like cotton buds, razors, tooth brush, tooth paste, shower cap and a comb was great. They even provided 2 bottles of complementary water each day. There was a drinks/snack bar, which I didn't use but it was nice to know it was there if I got peckish. The apartment had pretty much everything that you might need, so if you wanted to do your own cooking it was definitely and option. Everything was clean and in working order. nnOne of the major highlights was having a gym! My morning runs are super important to me, so it was great to be able to use the treadmills. The gym opening hours 06:00 - 22:00 I literally had the gym to myself every morning. The gym was also stocked with fresh towels and also had things like massage chairs if you're just looking to relax.nnI can't highlight enough how GREAT the location is. I am a bit of an introverted adventurer, being in Tay Ho was personally perfect for me. It's so much calmer and gave me the option of dipping my toes into the busier places like Old Quarter and then being able to return to peace. Grab bikes are very reasonable and a great way to get around (definitely download the app) Tay Ho has so many food and drink spots and at all different price points, so you will always find something. Right across the road from VNAHOMES is How Cafe where you can get a seriously good coffee. The Westlake Mall is also within comfortable walking distance (just incase you're craving some western familiarities) Anyway, if you're dithering about a place to stay and want value for money, definitely give VNAHOMES a try. nnThank you for the excellent service and hospitality, I hope to be back in the coming weeks. n

Review: 初日ハノイに22時過ぎの到着で、一泊で利用しました。結論から言うと、とてもコスパ良しです。2階のお部屋で窓はありますが、眺望はゼロ。でも洗濯機と洗濯物を干せる広めのスペースあり。お部屋は広く、ダイニングとベッドルームがちゃんと仕切られています。キッチン用品も一通り揃っており、一階のジムもちゃんと利用できました。周辺にはたくさんカフェや食堂もあり、レイクテイホまで歩いてすぐです。おすすめです。
