Đánh giá: Beautiful hotel and extremely high end. Faultless resort in a class of its own, unique location.
Điểm cộng: Location in terms of the views and isolation for peace and quiet. The indoors pool was clean, buggies were fast and the boat to mainland was quick. The staff was trying hard but it was a hit or miss some staff was rude att he restaurant but mostly they were friendly.

It is far from a 5 star experience...
2 restaurants aren't that great we couldn't eat there we had to keep going to the mainland alsmot everyday. The Italian restaurant was so bad we didn't even eat some meals. The breakfast was alright though.
We stayed 5 days. They don't allow even Ramyon noodles for kids to bring in (don't feed that to your kids but we had no choice as they couldn't eat anything else) that was sad we had to make a scene to allow us a snack.
The water pressure in the showers was too weak can't take a good shower. The heating didn't work only AC was on but it was kinda cold during our stay. Kids started coughing 😢 They charge for water in the mini bar... I mean that's maybe normal for some 5 star hotels but only at cheap ones I didn't expect VIN Pearl to do that. And they tried to charge us for free waters too. Allowing only 2 bottles per day but we had 2 adults 2 kids! After making another complaint they eventually gave us 2 bottles more for free. I mean... It's just water VIN Pearl 😉 don't be so cheap!
We were leaving with mostly uncomfortable feelings rather than sarisfied unfortunately. That was my last thought when leaving.
Đánh giá: The hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. We went here for a friend’s wedding, would love to go here again with my family for vaacation!

Đánh giá: Booked through Agoda, easy. Booked suite and on top floor, 8th. Checked-in on land, then transferred through boat. Facilities were beautiful for the price paid. Room on 8th floor was spacious but seemed to be designed inefficiently, with lots of unnecessary spaces. The shared balcony were accessible to many staff as they were attempting to repair something as there were many people on the balcony, especially early. Overall, very nice stay, clean, and well worth it for price paid.

Đánh giá: There were a few issues. Internet kept kicking us off. They sent an engineer but he didn’t know what to do and just laughed when I told him the Internet will eventually come back after 5-20 minutes. They didn’t give us any notice to let us know that there will be a gardener on our balcony for hours. The Italian restaurant had a nice server but she never checked back with us after we got our food. I had a medical emergency and needed to come home early and asked if they can make an exception to adjust the room reservation even though it was non-refundable. I was asking for an exception since I had submitted documents of why I needed to leave early. They only offered credits to the hotel which did not help my situation. Kind of hard being on an island hotel where they also don’t allow you to bring outside food on to the island. The pillows were too high so I asked for thinner pillows. The ones they sent up were thinner but really hard so we were not able to use them. My husband is 6’1 and the king size measurements did not appear to be king size but they said that is up to their standards. Then the safe stopped working and needed a battery charge. They fixed it but it took time waiting for the engineer to show up for the Internet and the safe. We tossed and turned a lot and didn’t get a good nights sleep. The property is nice. I recommend it when the weather is better.
Điểm cộng: The luxury room, the great food, the swimming pool and beach. The great service, on a private island with (from our balcony) a stunning view on Halong Bay.
Đánh giá: We loved this place, relaxing, quiet and just perfect for a holiday with the little one. So many things to do with children, our room had an an amazing Ha Long bay view. The beach there looks just stunning… we wish to be back angain ..

The food was excellent, the amenities were great, check in was smooth.
The decorations for Christmas was also beautiful
Điểm trừ: The staff is quite annoying regarding payment of food ordered as room service. They kept asking to pay all the time. I once had to pay at mid night because my mother ordered dinner. We told them that we will pay it altogether during checkout but they kept insisting on paying now. Also, they didn’t allow bringing anything from outside. We bought some sweets and souvenirs, but they said no out side food ordered drinks allowed.
