Review: Nice and clean hotel. 7mins walk from International Cruise port.

Review: The hotel is literally a 10-minute walk to the port which was the jump point for the tour I booked. Staff was very helpful and able to deliver their services really well.

Positive points: Amazing breakfast. The omlete, delicious.
The rooms are comfortable and they were close to the port where we arrived with our yacht.
Staff speaks great English and is very friendly and helpful. One of them chased me for a few hundred meters because I forgot something in the room.

Review: We stayed one night. Overall it was good. Breakfast not the best for the price of the room.

Review: This hotel is closest one to halong bay port, Hence if anybody is planning Halong bay ship tour from main port then it is highly recommended. Only downside was breakfast options were very limited.

Review: My family is very satisfied with our experience at Ha Long during our trip when choosing Vincent Ha Long hotel! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and partners when they come to Ha Long, and I will certainly choose Vincent Ha Long hotel again when I return here!

Positive points: Nice lobby but hotel room itself is basic, although clean and comfortable. I booked a water view room and technically I could see the water from my window if I stood at a certain angle and looked at a certain angle. on the plus side, staff spoke good English and was helpful to me in arranging a ride back to Hanoi. also, I visited in July mid week and there were only Vietnamese tourists, no other foreigners. breakfast was on the 7th floor which had nice views. breakfast was good but heavily oriented to Vietnamese dishes. I liked it but just a head’s up that hotel seems more to cater to domestic tourists.

Review: Room is ok, comes with basic toiletries but the aircon is a bit no cool so we need to use the electric fan in the room. Hot water is not working that well too in our room. Good plated breakfast and free water in the lobby. Ok stay if just for sleeping.

Positive points: Staff was very nice, Location is prime, hotel is clean, beautiful and well maintained. Value for money.

Positive points: It is very convenient and easy to get to the ha long boat tours. It was a great deal and being able to walk to the boat tours and to many restaurants was fantastic.
