评价： I like the staff attitude they are very helpful and kind
优点： My family enjoyed it here
缺点： Breakfast restaurant staff need to be happier, they always don't smile, and don't have happy expressions either.
评价： A cozy, clean hotel with a huge balcony and a beautiful view. Sitting on the balcony, drinking beer and admiring the city is just perfect. The rooftop bar on the 30th floor is also really beautiful. Friendly staff will take good care of you. Next time I come to Ha Long, I'll only stay at this hotel. Overall, it deserves a perfect score of 10.
优点： The breakfast and restaurant were good. The building had good amenities.
缺点： The bathroom in the room has no shower. Only a tub with a shower wand and no partition or mount for the wand. I actually went to the fitness center locker room to shower as they had great walk in showers….
评价： Highly recommend
优点： Indoor pool and rooftop bar are amazing.
缺点： Location is a bit off the main Halong Bay tourist area.
评价： They have a very good breakfast there and a good restaurant.
优点： The facility is excellent
缺点： Room size, breakfast and staff
评价： An excellent value for money . We ate at the hotel’s restaurant in the evenings and all the food was excellent. Was very impressed. Had the pool on the 30th floor all to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was great with tons of choices for everyone. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
优点： Location, room size, foods
缺点： Nothing remarkable
评价： Nice room, great big balconies. Excellent breakfast selection. Top notch facilities like pools and gym. About a 10 minute walk to the nearest shopping strip. Great stay.
优点： The room was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, facilities were nice and we had a lovely view from one of the higher floors.
缺点： We were a family of 3 in a double room - all as booked, the only small downside was that there were only towels for 2 people and not for 3.

Nhà mình đi gia đình, ở 2 phòng thấy ổn, sạch sẽ, phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi.
Đồ ăn sáng ok.
优点： Facilities, staff, hotel cleanliness
缺点： The food was average and room service food was below average
评价： Very good brand new property . Delicious breakfast and close to everything
优点： We came after the Yagi typhoon so everything was not really back to normal yet (outdoor pool and rooftop bar were close) but the room was nice. Ms. An reservation was great at supporting setup our requests on welcome amenities.
缺点：
Unstable Electricity. Couldn’t find the instruction to use the phone. It took me awhile to figure out how to call guest services.
And my room were not allowed to use the kitchen facilities while other rooms of my group could.
评价： It's best hotel in halong for me. good location & facilities.
优点：
Clean and spacious room, nice bathroom, amazing views, and well equipped gym and nice pools.
Hotel gives bicycles for free use.
缺点：
Most of the staff did not speak english very well, a lot of misunderstandings by them and they seemed annoyed because of that.
Problems with elevators.
Poorly executed breakfast when a lot of people staying at the hotel. Could not get breakfast during our last morning, because most foods were out and there weren't any free tables.
评价： It's best hotel in halong for me. good location & facilities.
优点： Lovely bright large room with loads of storage ifneeded
缺点： Location at the moment is quite far from the busy area but it looks like a new beach location is going up that will change the area
