Villa Takasima Berastagi

Đánh giá: I had a great stay here! The place is clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful minimalist design that feels calm and cozy. The sunrise spot is amazing, and the view of Mount Sinabung is breathtaking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. Definitely a great place to relax—I’d love to come back!

Đánh giá: This place was not what it was advertised. Had to change to the cheaper accomodation although losing money as the original was accomodation was outdated and smelly. We had problems with booking as although advertised on Agoda they said they were not connected to Agoda so they transferred the payment. We don’t want to stay there however we would have lost our money and had to have looked for somewhere else to stay at 9 at night. nThe beds were awful, no AC or fans and was hot. The living area was small and was full of mosquitos and cockroaches. We had to buy mosquito Spray. The bathroom was the worst we have ever been in. In fact we had to have them clean it again and it was still horrific. We used that as little as possible, couldn’t have shower as it was disgusting. The smell was everywhere from the toilet. As for the stairs up to the 3 small beds. They were broken and we had to step over the step. My 10 year old nearly fell off the stairs. We wish we never booked here as this was the worst we have ever stayed in and shouldn’t have booked. We just wish we could be compensated for a terrible experience.
