优点： Kind owner. Clean. Location. Free filtered water.

评价： 1) There was a bright light owned by the property directly outside my window which meant my room was light all night. Wasn't a huge issue but stopped my from sleeping easily. nn2) On my second morning and builder did work to my roof from 7:30am this would piercingly loud and shocked me out of bed. It persisted all morning.nn3) There was no hot water and the room was pretty cold. I asked them to fix it. They moved me to another room to shower, same problem. Handyman came to fix the hot water, same problem. I tried to tell the handyman and he dismissed me. After 4 complaints I eventually just had a cold shower.nn4) No concern for the lateness this was causing me. I was checking out and needed to return my motorbike. The lateness this was causing me would have incurred a late fee that they didn't offer to cover.nnThe room is nice enough but if you want hot water and sleep this place isn't ideal.

评价： Pros:n- Incredibly cheapn- Clean enough considering it's so cheapnnCons:n- Extremely noisy. The walls aren't just paper-thin, they seem to actually conduct sound. I could hear my neighbor and his wife snoring throughout the night as if they were in the room with me. The window of the room opens up to the corridor of the house, which leads to the common areas. When I was there, the other guests were local families with kids. For some reason the kids were running up and down the corridors, screaming at the tops of their lungs, both past 10pm and before 7am. Families were also gathered at the common areas chatting loudly before 7am. AND I COULD HEAR EVERY SINGLE WORD FROM THE ROOM. Could not get a single good night's sleep.n- Staff was not helpful. I wanted to get a guide to do a sunrise hike up Mount Sibayak. I was traveling alone, the hike is in the dark, and tourists have died, so I wanted a guide. I was hoping the hotel staff would be able to help me contact a guide. Instead they told me to just hike alone, or go to the tourist office in town to find a guide. No help at all, compared to some of the other guesthouses in the area who would help their guests hire a guide.
