Đánh giá: When we read about the food, facilities and everything else, we had very high expectations, but we ended up being very dissapointed. It almost seemed the place has changed owners since the other reviewers mentioned completely different menu items that were not offered at all. The view is great, but everything else was lacking. Our toilet and shower were broken, the staff barely spoke English, many listings of this hotel say there's a sauna but there is not. Very limited menu. No option for renting scooters. No mosquito nets offered.

Điểm cộng: I really wanted to love Villa Bambu. The photos show such a beautiful, peaceful spot — and from the outside, the property really does look incredible. You can tell that at one point, someone put real care into building something special here. But unfortunately, that care hasn’t been maintained, and it shows.nnThe bungalows are in rough shape. Ours felt dark, musty, and neglected — we ended up laying towels over the pillows and sleeping in our clothes. You get just the basics: a bed, a fan, ONE outlet, a toilet, sink, and a shower head. There’s nowhere to hang your things, no mosquito net (even though bugs come in easily through gaps in the walls), and no way to charge your phone and use the fan at the same time.nnDespite what’s advertised, there’s no Wi-Fi or air conditioning — and the bungalows get really hot and humid during the day. Sound travels easily throughout the but, so it’s not exactly a quiet escape either. (It might even echo sounds to make it louder)nnThe restaurant didn’t improve the experience — overpriced, not very tasty, and the staff seemed distracted and not very welcoming. I never felt like a guest — more like an afterthought. The only real upside was the view, and yes, the shower water was hot and didn’t leak in the rain.nnIt’s disappointing, because there’s so much potential here. With some genuine upkeep and better hospitality, this could be an amazing place. But as it stands, I just can’t recommend staying here.
