Uptown Hoi An Hotel

Positive points: We loved our stay at Uptown Hoi An Hotel. Nothing was a problem for the staff. There were bikes available to loan and the breakfast was also great. The interconnecting family room was lovely and clean.

Positive points: The hotel was comfortable and quiet and a good place to relax. The staff were very nice and caring and able to help with any of our questions or requests. They weren't pushy at all, just very helpful.

Positive points: This was a fantastic spot to explore Hoi A from and also relax by the pool. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, recommending things and helping me, with a friendly greeting whenever I went past. Room was very comfy and the pool is lovely. Breakfast is excellent. It’s a very easy walk to Old Town (10 mins).

Review: Very friendly staff, clean, good pool. The hotel was located about 30 minutes walk to Old Quarter, but in the street nearby (Tran Cao Van) there were 2 excellent restaurants - Minh Kien and Silent Garden, Also Ningy Spa had a great massage at a resonable price. This hotel is recommended.

Positive points: Wonderful service, clean room, central location just 12 mins walk from the centre and a great breakfast. The staff are really wonderful here.

Review: The hotel is located just off the old walking quarters. It's quite a tall building with 6 floors and a nice pool on the roof top. Great views of the town from the top. All the staff including the kitchen/dinning/guard were very friendly, hospitable and helpful . The room is decent sized and clean. It's also a good option to offer guests the use of bicycles. We enjoyed our stay there.

Positive points: The hotel was central, on the edge of the old town. Perfect position.

Review: Good breakfast, helpful staff. Location is about10 minutes walk into the centre of the Old Town…clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend going for the Junior Suite for that bit of extra space.

Positive points: Really nice and comfortable stay in Hoi An! Room is big enough and clean, also has a nice bath tub. Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to old town. Staff is really friendly and helpful (especially Sue who even replied to a question on her day off). They checked us in earlier which was nice after the night bus.

Positive points: Everything from booking to arrangement of transport, sightseeing to laundry. The staffs were always warm. helpful and friendly esp Sue. The hot shower pressure & consistent of hot temp was great. The unblocked view facing the bus terminal is good. Hotel is next to the main road but traffic noise was minimum when the balcony door was shut. We slept well. The balcony is a bonus to enjoy the street view from level 4. Location is just round the corner to old town, not too noisy yet walkable. Breakfast good for us. We had a good stay.

Positive points: It is very convenient to everything you need, parlor convenience store, and banh mi (mr hue).

It is quiet and clean and most especially had a wonderful staff sue. She is very accommodating and friendly in any possible way.
