Review: Not exactly walking distance to the main shopping district but love the clean rooms and a common place to have meals together. Will recommend for a bigger family like Airbnb but prefers the hospitality of a hotel
Positive points: The layout and size of the room was excellent. In room amenities made the stay perfect for our family. The front end staff was friendly and were willing to help with anything we needed.
Review: The suites are in a great location with lots of access to transportation. There are a lot of food options nearby as well. The staff was nice and answered all my questions promptly.
Positive points: Basic but ok if you will be out touristing all day.
Negative points: Pebbles for Jo reason all over kitchen flooring which made it hard to use the space, kids could not walk on it and had to literally jump across to the upper dining area. nDining pillows for flooring extremely poor therefore felt like you were practically on the floor the whole time, no space to relax and bedrooms very tight to be able to sit and relax on the beds.
Positive points: Location was excellent. Loved that we had a second toilet as well as the main bathroom. Was very spacious for our family.
Negative points: It was a bit warm in the room.
Review: This place is excellent. Very near with myeongdong, gyeongbokgung palace, insadong and seoul station. There is elevator to each floor so very convenient to many luggage. There is heater in the place and air con as well. Good for all season. The bed also great. My family like it so much. Definitely going back there.
Positive points: Strategic location and easy to find.
Negative points: Too small than expected.
Positive points: The location and staff were excellent.
Negative points: We stayed in the three bedroom suite. However, the living area had no furniture. I understand that it was Asian style, but it was rather uncomfortable. Also, there are rocks and small stones in the kitchen, rather strange design.
Review: Food smells from pubs downstairs, expensive apartment for what it is, noises from protests around gwanghwamun

Negative points: The place was good no doubt. HOWEVER, the vehicle and driver they gave us was very disappointing. We had him for our first airport transfer and he was going over the speed limit. Forgivable. The second time around, he was rude towards us and was driving dangerously at this point. Going over the speed limit, driving too close to other cars, to the point where he even almost hit another vehicle multiple times. We told the property over and over about this, and even reported the incidents during our ride. We had children with us, but they would send yet again the same driver. To make matters worst, the vehicle DID NOT ARRIVE for our last airport transfer. We had to leave at 4am, not the easiest time to get an uber. The property did not book our transfer, and when we told them about this, they did nothing. No comment, no response. The place would have been great, but forgetting this very important detail could have cost us a lot if we did not allot time for error. Disappointing!
Review: The hotel has a nice location. There were restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The room had three beds, one toilet & shower and another toilet(only). The layout of the room was just too tight. But we managed our way around. Loved that we can use the washing machine. The staff were courteous and friendly. The elevator is a bit too small but manageable :)
Positive points: The front desk people are absolutely nice and helpful! Beautiful and handsome!

Positive points: The convenient location and the very helpful staff. On New Year’s Eve we arrived 3am to discover one of the toilets was accidentally locked inside, the male front desk officer helped us unlock the toilet even if it was already past his working hours.
Negative points: There were no hooks to hang our outer jackets, should be very handy during this winter season.
Review: Aesthetic family suite with strategic location which near to some tourist attractions by walking distance. Besides, it is also near Myeongdong shopping area.
Positive points: Absolutely recommend! The service from the receptionist and housekeeping team is top-notch—10/10. The room is brand new, spacious, and impeccably clean. Conveniently located near several restaurants and popular sightseeing spots.
