Review: The apartment was clean and comfy, I definitely recommend 👌
Positive points: Good location
Negative points: Very small and air conditioner did not work very well. At the coldest setting it was still too warm in the room. And too small for 4 people.
Positive points: My stay with UH Flat Signature in Gangnam was just what I needed. I was recommended by a friend to stay in the area and found this spot that was in my budget. It was definitely giving a home away from home vibes as you have your own little apartment in the heart of Gangnam. The staff were helpful and friendly. Though the foyer was exterior was under construction I can tell once it’s all complete it would be fabulous!
Negative points: The only thing I could think of is the WiFi service would act weird with some social media apps I use but that’s pretty minor. No other complaints!
Review: Daily house keeping needs to improve.
Positive points: Clean, Modern, Heated floor, Elevator smelled so good, staff was kind.
Negative points: Noise from Toilet and shower in room above right near my head in bed , it was hard to sleep when people come in late at night and take a shower and all I hear is water draining .
Positive points: I arrived late at night and was greeted by Kim Young . He helped me my luggage and explained about Korea tv channels, washing machine, microwave, light, etc. All the staff and managers that I encountered were very professional and friendly. They speak English. At the reception area, I recuested their help several times, and they happily assisted me. They helped me to request a late night taxi to the airport. nThe room is very conformable, new, modern, and very clean.nI highly recomended this hotel to travelling alone ladies.nHotel near many restaurants and convenient stores, like Cs and 7/11 shops. Hotel near subways stations.nI will stay here again next time.
