Tunger Premium Hotel

Review: When I have arrived at 8pm my room wasn’t ready, and all this time they were chatting with me over Agoda messenger but reception had no clue that i would arrive!
And they have transferred me to the other hotel 1 km far!

Positive points: Great location, very friendly staff, more than happy to help arrange anything you need, trips, laundry, taxi, etc

Positive points: Well located property, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and the many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Helpful staff, namely Tom and Alex. We were able to keep our luggage at the hotel while we walked around Hanoi prior to boarding the Lotus train.
The balcony offered a vantage point overlooking the busy street below.

Positive points: Tom, Frank and Alec were over the top with their personal care of us. Great central location one block from Hoan Kiem Lake, right in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Review: The hotel is still very new, with a super central location that cannot be argued because it only takes a few steps to reach Hoan Kiem Lake. The room is small but very clean and convenient. Actually, the small room is natural due to such a good location, but I feel completely satisfied with my vacation.

However, I deduct points for the staff because when I arrived, they were very slow in checking in and were focused on selling tours and other services. What's worse is the next morning, when I came back from outside, someone asked me if I was staying longer. I replied that I would travel to another province today, and that person told me that the check-out time is 12 o'clock, loudly enough for the other staff member to hear (but didn't bother to tell me even though I was right there), with a very rude and arrogant attitude: 'BEFORE 12 O'CLOCK!!!'. I was truly shocked because until now, and even on the website, it clearly stated that the check-out time is 12 o'clock, and even hotels allow guests to stay for about 30 minutes. So why did that staff member rudely insist on the check-out time 'before 12 o'clock'?!? This is the first time I have been put in a situation where I have to check out at 12:59:59. After this statement, my good impression and experience at the hotel have decreased significantly.

Positive points: The staff (especially Mr Tom) were amazing. Mr Tom helped us with booking our Halong Bay tour, with our luggages and also with our airport drop off. He took excellent care of my mother and me, specially since my mother was also not feeling well due to the weather change. He was very polite, enthusiastic and amiable and really helped make our stay an enjoyable one. Thank you for everything and for your kindness Mr Tom!

Review: KS rất lưu manh, không gọi diện mà gửi vào Email (thường sẽ vào spam khách không biết, khi đế thì nói khách không xác nhận giờ đến trên email nên phải hủy trên agoda mới cho thuê phòng mới, giá cao hơn gần 300k hoặc buộc ký vào sổ của họ để hủy và thuê phòng mới giá cao, do đi đg dài mệt mỏi cãi nhau một hồi mệt quá nên tôi phải nói bà xã ký và thuê phòng mới cho rồi
