Review: everything is good but staff should reply email.
Positive points: The room was fine for a short stay, but I felt myself in the 1980's socialism. Clean, but a bit rough here and there. The staff was polite and very professional.
Negative points: Cheap looking materials
Negative points: It was dirty and there were loud guests next door. Its also located in a noisy neighborhood.. I would say definitely not family-friendly
Review: Room was very, very old. Smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette ash on the floor. There were scratches and marks all over the walls. The ceiling was covered in dirt/mold near the air con. It is a decent location, but not worth the price at all.

Negative points: Since I checked in staff don't really speak English and my room was different but they changed it, nothing was explained in the room as all buttons were in Korean, the smell of all the rooms and the floor 6th stink like cigarette I had to buy an air freshener to make it better as I didn't wanna smell that for 12 days, I truly regret I've chosen that hotel, I only asked for cleaning 4 times instead of daily and no water replacement, no tea cups, no tea, I don't know if that is their standard but there's nothing I can do now. At least the receptionist should speak English to explain certain things important in the room, I used a translator to know how to turn on the AC. My friend asked for an extra key and they said no, I've never seen such a system anywhere in the world.

Review: The only thing i can accept is the location. My bed was uncomfortable, the left side of the bed is sloping, and they give me ripped towels. nThere is no amenities such like toothbrush, comb, shower cap in the bathroom. nSince the day 1 i can't wait to check out from this hotel. n

Review: お部屋は広く、清潔で非常に過ごしやすかったです。nただ、セキュリティボックスが無かったため、貴重品を部屋に置け無かったのが困りました。
Positive points: The room was clean, spacious, and includes all the necessities including 2 bathrobes!

Review: Walking distance to metro, easy access from main road if you take taxi, quiet but safe, restaurants around. Even good for business visitors for biz meeting around hangnam area.
Positive points: The location is great if you're there for work.
Negative points: Very dirty floors, bathroom, walls... there were things stuck between the bed and the wall, some trash ..

Negative points: the shower room door not closed properly. I was booked for two people but only prepared necessary goods only for one person even the second night also the same.
