Tipsea Turtle Gili Air

Đánh giá: First of all - the Villa has nothing to do with Tipsea Turtle, it is located near the hostel and it is only managed by tipsea turtle. The staff of tipsea turtle was super friendly and helpful whenever we needed them - thanks for that!nnThe Villa itself is very run down. When we checked in we found hair and dust all over the floor, a half dead cockroach (!!!!) was laying on the floor, on the last day we found another one in the kitchen. There was a lot of stuff in the fridge and freezer with a sign private, when we asked at the reception they told us that this stuff belongs to the owner. Again - the staff was very friendly and the hostel vibe itself is very nice but the Villa wasn't just what we expected.nThe hostel is communicating through their volunteers in a WhatsApp group and organising various activities where anyone can join. Therefore being a great place to meet other people and do fun activities.

Điểm cộng: Awesome group of people! The facilities are fantastic. With a great pool. The free yoga was top notch. They do a great job of brining like minded fun people together through planned activities. Lots of people extending thier stay. We would’ve stayed longer had we planned better, total 4 nights.

Đánh giá: Great hostel with good accommodation and a range of activities. Good free breakfast and the bar has good drinks at reasonable price. Plenty to do if you want, but just as relaxing if you'd prefer. So good we booked an extra night. Well located to explore Gili Air.

Điểm cộng: We loved our stay at tipsea! We stayed for two weeks and felt right at home. The staff are amazing, the vibe is great, you’re steps from the beach (with turtles everywhere btw) lots of great food close by, and good wifi! nnThis is definitely a home away from home for travellers. ❤️

Điểm cộng: This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time! The hostel goes out of its way to include new guests in activities like yoga, volleyball, trivia, and bar hopping, making it a great place to socialize. I got to try free diving in the pool, and the kindness of the instructor completely won me over—definitely something to consider when visiting.nnThe bathrooms were spotless, the dorm was ice-cold with AC, and the blankets were clean and cozy. Plus, it’s just steps from the beach and a five-minute walk to an incredible snorkeling spot. I can’t say enough good things about this place—I hope to return for a longer stay soon!

Management puts a lot of effort in creating group activities every night and is very helpful in organizing transportation off of the island and equipment rentals like paddle boards and bikes. Breakfast is included and is decent - waffles, fruit and tea or coffee. Staff is also very good at remembering names and engaging you in conversation.

Đánh giá: I had no faucet in the room when I was there - A1 room, so ridiculous. nnAsked the staffs to come to fix but in vain, so I got no tap to use for whole night. They came to the room trying to fix at the morning when I am about to check out (though still not fixed! ) - without notice! I was so disturbing and shocked when I just came back from breakfast… nnDon’t know what to say. Good staffs good location good decoration, but you are lack of the foundational having comfortable room for the guest. nnTerrible experience

Điểm cộng: BEST HOSTEL I’VE EVER BEEN IN (and i’ve been in maaaany) nnAmazing vibes, the beach is out front so you can just walk out to the sea with your swimsuit and snorkel, no shoes needed. nnThe staff is wonderful, there are several activities every day for all tastes, so you can do as much or as little as you want. nnEveryone is in such an incredible good mood in this place, super relaxed chill vibes, happy, everyone talks to everyone… top top top top nnThe reps and the staff are incredible. Very kind and helpful. Mala is one of the best yoga teachers i’ve ever had in over a decade of different teachers.

Đánh giá: Great setup for a family, with a loft for the kids and a queen bed downstairs. Loved the breakfast, the pool and the location right on the beach!

Điểm cộng: Awesome spot. Family room was quiet and comfortable for our family of 4. Our kids (6 and 8) loved being around “cooler” grownups in their 20s. They jumped off the high platform into the pool probably 100 times. We had such a good experience, I hope our family will be able to return to the Tipsea Turtle at some point.
