Đánh giá: Modern, comfortable, and the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing – so many delicious choices! Definitely a place I’d love to stay again!
Điểm cộng: The best hotel in Padang. I've stayed at all of the nice hotels ZHM is by far the nicest. Spotlessly clean, everything works, beautiful pool, gym and great breakfast. Rizky and staff awesome!

Đánh giá: Great hotel. Note there’s no space to sunbathe by the pool. Breakfast has lots of options and opens at 5 which I great if you have an early flight.

After an underwhelming experience, we canceled our return stay and booked The ZHM, which exceeded expectations.nnI’m surprised The ZHM isn’t rated number one. It boasts a fantastic pool, English-speaking staff, a serene atmosphere, and a great bar with solid lunch and dinner options, though breakfast leans heavily Eastern.nnSantika’s rooms are larger and more budget-friendly, but The ZHM’s in town location offers more dining choices and feels safer for travelers.nnFor a Mentawai stopover, I’d recommend The ZHM over Santika.

Đánh giá: One of the best 4 star hotels we have stayed in. The room was big with an incredible view. The services offered to guests (gym/pool) were excellent and we spent a lot of time there. We also were able to enjoy the Iftar buffet at the restaurant in the hotel which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Đánh giá: This is the best and most modern hotel in the entire city. Great facilities, the gym has a complete set of equipment. Great for families and also solo business travelers. Walls are a bit thin though.
Điểm cộng: Cleanliness and great location. It's near, about 10 minute drive, to culinary center.
Điểm trừ: Everything is fine in general. Some ornamental or historical photos on the wall would make it more beautiful.
