Đánh giá:
Much better than I expected.
The food was delicious and the room condition was great.
Điểm cộng: The hotel is new and all amenities are of a good standard. The staff were very good. Breakfast and dinner was great.
Điểm trừ: The hotel is currently surrounded by other building sites but as no construction work was going on while we were there, there was no noise. The hotel is up on the hill out of town but an easy taxi ride into town and restaurants etc
Đánh giá: the hotel is a brand new, I wished surrounding construction was completed, otherwise amazing view!
Điểm cộng: The room was lovely and extremely comfortable! Food was very good and reasonably priced.
Điểm trừ: Sometimes difficult to understand the staff
Đánh giá: Really good experience here and I get free upgrades from room premium to Executive Suite ,the bed and welcome dessert is perfect .Staff is friendly too ❤️
Điểm cộng: Staff were amazing and helpful! Breakfast was the best I ever had so fresh and many options. Bed was soft and the bathtub with a view made it worth it!
Điểm trừ: It was down season so not much to do in the city but the hotel is so nice you won't want to leave!
Đánh giá: The Yacht is always our favorite place. The hotel is very cozy with Tet decorations. The staff is lovely as always. Highly recommend!
Điểm cộng: Beautifully designed and furnished.
Đánh giá: Breakfast is fantastic
Điểm cộng: New, clean and comfortable..
Điểm trừ: NA
Đánh giá: so good service
Điểm cộng: The room was big and confortable and the facilities were very clean. Also the staff was very welcoming.
Điểm trừ: We were told that ordering french fries would take 45 minutes, which is too long especially at dinner time. Also, the sauna could not close well and the jacuzzi was not well designed and there was not enough water (and it was not hot, as a jacuzzi should be).
Đánh giá: so good service
Điểm cộng: Excellent rooms and excellent staff 🙏
Điểm trừ: Its a shame that a new hotel being built in front, and it does block the view a bit but look the other way and its ok. Photo attached
Đánh giá: The hotel is very clean, modern , good breakfast buffet. Recommended for travelers who visit Halong.
Điểm cộng: Everything was perfect. Our king room and view were so beautiful. Hotel decor was like artwork. Breakfast was incredible. The staff were so nice and helpful, including helping us celebrate our anniversary - it seemed like every staff member had been informed and wished us happy anniversary as we passed them, just lovely. This was probably the best 2 nights in a hotel that we’ve ever had.
Điểm trừ: Nothing - everything was honestly perfect.
Đánh giá: Very spacious room. Clean. Well equipped. I like the buffet breakfast. My room has seaview but it is partially blocked by a new building which is still under construction. The location is quite remote from tourist attractions.
Điểm cộng: The hotel is absolutely amazing. It holds itself to an international 5-star-standard. The rooms and all the facilities were completely clean and modern. The design was beautiful and the staff super nice. Gym and pool were good too. The spa is great too, the let us have a private sauna and jacuzzi which both was super clean and with a great smell. If i am ever back in Halong i will definitely book this hotel again!
Điểm trừ: If you do not book breakfast beforehand and want to have it they charge 800.000 VND per person per day which in total (1.6 mio) is more than the cost for a double room per night. I find that weirdly expensive in relation. Therefore we decided against it.
Đánh giá: A little away from the action but very beautiful and peaceful I would come again
Điểm cộng: Yatch hotel is very well designed and well built for the comfort which suits European style, fine finishing details. The reasonable organization for each function brings a wonderful experience even for leisure or work.
Điểm trừ: Everything is so perfect to complain about:)
