The Stay Hotel Myeongdong

Review: The actual size of the room is NOT what is written in the room information when we booked the hotel! It's way too SMALL!!! The design of the bathroom is so weird! The sink is directly under the shower head! No division, not even a curtain, separates the shower and the toilet bowl! So the whole place is WET when someone take a bath! The only good thing about this hotel is the LOCATION. Around 3min walk from tge 6015 Airport Limousine Bus stop. Very near Myeongdong Metro station Exit 9. The Myeongdong street market is just outside the hotel. These positive side covers up for the negative aspects of the hotel itself.

Review: Everyone has their own opinions but for my family and I .. heck no! Air con wasn't working asked staff to fix said he fixed it. Left room to get dinner came back and room was still hot. Another family members room had cooled down but pillow was wet from the air con dripping. It just wasn't up to our standards especially for how much we paid. We only stayed 1 out of our 3 day stay due to the problems. Booked at another hotel for cheaper and room was way bigger with better service and facilities. Might be good for single travellers but for families NO!

Review: The location is undoubtedly central, you have to be comfortable with some level of hustle bustle at night. It’s essentially a dorm concept. A place to rest your head, don’t expect facilities or 100% cleanliness

Review: This property is located in the center of Myeongdeong, very accessible to the transportation. Restos and cafes around the area, the night street market is just around the corner.

Positive points: I love the location, the cleanliness of the room. Room cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday.

Review: hotel is located in myeongdong area and near exit 9 of myeongdong station. it is also near at exit 8 which is the bus stop for airport limousine.nwith regards to the room, it is small, not that clean due to some dust, shower is leaking and the bathroom door is not working when we want to lock it.n

Positive points: Good location between the line 4 and line 2. I've spent a lot of time in Seoul but never stayed in myeongdong. Even though it is right in the busy night streets the rooms were quiet and comfortable

Positive points: Anytime we had an issue, the staff resolved it within 10 minutes. All issues we had were very small like the air unit getting stuck on heat, but the staff fixed it very quickly.

Review: Only e location is good, nThe staff (especially their local staff) is horrible. Bad customer service as if the stay is for free. Do not stay in the first room of level 7 as there is totally no internet connection.nFedback several times but the local staff appeared oblivious to the issue . n

Positive points: I was literally placed in the room opposite the reception which is this in front of the door hands it wasn’t quiet but from the outside window you can’t hear anything it’s just from the doors since my room is literally by the lobby
