The Lapis Hotel

Review: Good location, friendly staff. Very clean and nice rooms. Pool is open even when it’s cold which is awesome.

Positive points: We loved the breakfast with a varied assortment of food. Location was not bad. Staff were very friendly.

Review: There are only 2 small lifts, which take around 10m just to wait for the lifts, this happened all the time we stayed there. We had to park our car with additional cost at the opposite of the hotel

Review: Good location. Service is excellent. The staff explain the terms during check in. The room is a little dated but comfortable. Gym is very small but not of a concern. Coffee was served upon request during breakfast.

Review: Firstly the staff here are wonderful. On two occasions they assisted us with things without even being asked. Very attentive.
The rooftop pool is a perfect temperature to cool off at after a day out and about in hanoi.
Rooms along with the rest of the hotel are spotless and wonderful choices of well cooked food at breakfast.
It's a 15 minute walk to the lake and old quarter and plenty of places to eat nearby.
The hotel bar is in the lobby provided us with a nightcap on one occasion but is lacking a bar/pub atmosphere. But this is the only small criticism and wouldn't stop us from re-booking here again.

Positive points: Clean room. Comfortable and spacious enough. The staff are accomodating and friendly. Location is a walking distance from the Opera House where all the tourists will be pick up by buses. Great location.

Positive points: The rooftop pool is beautiful and gets the sun in the morning. The bathroom in our hotel room was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. The cleaners were thorough and even replaced the mini waters and toiletries.
