라 패션 프리미엄 까우 고 호텔 (La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel)

후기: A great place right in the middle of Hanoi - rooms decorated wonderfully feels like a cozy safe place after a long day in the city

Breakfast a little slow and set menu - sky bar not really in action compared to others surrounding

장점: Service with a genuine smile.
All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.
Shout out to Emma, Anna, and Andrea.
They helped make our stay very pleasant.

후기: Everything is good except that one of the massage therapists was not professional nor skilful. She used one hand to do the massage throughout the entire session and the other hand to play on her mobile phone. Her massage skill was not very good too.

All of the therapists insisted us to paying them tips and would not let us go despite we were not totally satisfied. Terrible experience…

장점: Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

후기: We had a good time staying here

장점: We spent 4 nights in La Passion Premium Cau Go Hotel and fully enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for an accommodation in the Old Town of Hanoi, walking distance from the main attractions of the Old Town and the French Quarter, it is a perfect option.
The hotel is new and looks great, our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was fine, the mattress is rather soft. Our room did not face the street, so we cannot complain to disturbing loud noises from the street. However, sometimes some other guests were quite loud in the lobby and/or the corridor, which we could fully hear but it disturbed us only for a couple of minutes, until they entered their own rooms.

후기: The staff is very kind and gentle have a very good service mind . The location is easy to go to the important landmark.

장점: Lovely staff, surprisingly quiet given the very central location, cocktail bar on the roof with an amazing view of the lake, clean and comfortable.

후기: This hotel is amazing
Very kind and helpful staff
But we got moved to another hotel of the same chain
The lake next to it is great
The room is tiny but effective
It has good WIFI!!!!
My little sister got candy

장점: The hotel was in a great location, everything was within walking distance. The room was also a particular highlight as it was super clean and comfortable.

후기: Overall it’s ok. Breakfast need to be improved

장점: Was very fancy and the staff were always lovely and helpful. Netflix on the tv was very nice to relax to. The room lighting and furnishings were also great. As was the shower didn’t run out of hot water like most other hotels

후기: Rooms - very new and well kept
Staff - absolutely amazing, they were polite, accommodating, helpful etc etc
Location - so close to the lake, bustling with life all around
Price - alittle steep considering the lack of facilities. But overall experience has been good for me.

Will I return to stay, I’ll say yes. Hopefully the team can keep up their service standards.
