7.0 Below Average - V 18-01-2025

장점: Modern style with lot of public open space areas. Lots of cafe & restaurants around.

단점: I saw my bed was dirty with hair & some bugs twice for 3 nights I had stayed there. Pretty disappointed. Cleaning staff need to be more careful about changing the bed sheet.
The hotel has self-service laundry room but you have to pay. I don’t think I like this idea since I have to pay to do my own laundry? No thanks.
My 3 nights stay was $173 in total so almost $60/night but no breakfast included. That was quite disappointing because $60/night is cheap in the US but here in Vietnam that price value is not that cheap and you have no breakfast?
I don’t think Im gonna go back since I’m willing to pay just a bit more somewhere else to enjoy breakfast buffet, cleaner room and laundry service with helpers

9.6 Clean and modern - Ivy 13-02-2025

후기: We stayed here for a couple of nights before heading to Sapa, it’s just right across from the train station. The hotel is clean, modern, and super convenient. The self-service laundry was a nice touch. There’s also a comfy lounge area with couches where you can wait if you arrive early, and they’ll store your luggage if you want to explore before check-in.

7.0 Good - Richard 11-01-2025

장점: Very modern, comfortable and excellent position for the station

단점: The building works next door. The noise continued all through the night!

9.6 Exceptional - Chua 13-02-2025

후기: Very good location to rest if you’re waiting for the night train to sapa! Room was clean and well furnished. However, water pressure , was quite poor and you’ll need to lug your luggages up a small flight of stairs to access the lobby.

7.0 Pleasant hotel - Mizzy 10-01-2025

장점: Location just need to cross over to the train station departing to Sa Pa.

단점: Not much to shop around the area

10.0 Amazing Staff - Sagar 09-02-2025

후기: Great hotel to stay in Hoan Kiem

6.0 Won’t be staying there again - Saul 06-01-2025

장점: Not much

단점: The staff weren’t welcoming. The rooms are very tiny and the beds are on top of each other. Big expense for breakfast not to be included.

9.6 Good location and Clean room - John 06-02-2025

후기: The hotel location is easily accessible to Old Quarters. Room is neat, clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly.

10.0 Exceptional - Mark 21-12-2024

장점: We had a big room for three people overlooking train station which was clean and comfortable
And convenient as we were catching the train to Ninh binh great bed

8.8 Valid for money great location - Sheena 04-02-2025

후기: Great location - just across from Hanoi Train station if you are taking the sleeper train to Sapa

7.0 Hotel was good but not location - Geok 14-12-2024

장점: Clean younger vibe nothing too complicated

단점: The constant announcements from across the station started at 5am ……staff weren’t too sure in communications

8.4 Excellent - Gauri 01-02-2025

후기: Great distance from train station
+ AGODA staff was quick to change booking date which was made by mistake!
Really appreciate it

9.0 A good and comfortable stay - Saif 09-11-2024

장점: Breakfast was very local, with very limited choices.

단점: Breakfast

10.0 Nên ở - NGUYEN 28-01-2025

후기: Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tôi luôn chọn mỗi khi đến Hà Nội!

9.0 Nice clean little room with good A/C and good location. - Britain 08-11-2024

장점: The room was good with a comfortable bed, A/C, and overall good value for the price. Very clean and convenient location in Old Quarter. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Everyone spoke at least some English so very little trouble communicating if you don't speak Vietnamese.

단점: There was construction going on just outside my window. Not the hotel's fault, but it will be a little noisy (the noise stopped by about 11 pm) and unsightly until the construction is done.

10.0 Exceptional stay in hanoi - sandie 26-01-2025

후기: The location is fantastic

5.0 Suit for one night stay traveller. If more nights there are many hotels nearby. - Danny 09-10-2024

장점: The breakfast is good.

단점: I felt room is crammed, no wardrobe, no kettle unless required from housekeeping.

10.0 Amazing place to stay with kids - Nupur 26-01-2025

후기: Highly recommended , friendly staff, amazing view and no complains

10.0 Great hotel with best location for train - Peter 08-07-2024

장점: Great location to take overnight train to Sapa, directly across the road from station. Great room and features. Nice bar/restaurant. 10 minute walk to train street.

단점: Everything great just a little far from old quarter
