후기: Thank you to the hotel staff, especially to Hung for being very attentive and friendly. We appreciate the hotel's room facilities and the professional and dedicated service attitude of the hotel staff. We will return soon to support when we have the opportunity to visit Hanoi.
장점: Very friendly and helping receptionists and Security staff. They were outstanding.
단점: Breakfast could be better.
후기: I am here for one night, convenient for work, visiting Hoan Kiem Lake, the old quarter...
장점: Location of the hotel is good, room was spacious, reach minibar, a lot of various toiletries. Hot water with strong pressure. Room was quiet
단점: I got a room without window, and this information are not included in the room description. There was also a tremendous bad smell in the room. It’s hard to understand what was cousing the smell but it was not normal situation to have such a bad smell in a hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel for European travellers. The personnel is very kind but there is a language barrier. I was staying in December and room was quite cold, I woke up feeling sick unfortunately. Breakfast is Asian, there is a soup. Soup is tasty and warm but there is not much more. Some places in bathroom were dirty. I would not recommend this place, for the same price you can have a better hotel.
후기: I found A25 12 Phố Huế to be a small but well-equipped room, with attentive and professional staff. It is centrally located, making it convenient to go anywhere.
장점: Location near eateries and entertainment venues. My room's bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel is modern and well-designed. There were also numerous useful items in the room, many from reputable companies. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is quite energetic and helpful. Strongly advised.
후기: The hotel is clean, good, and the staff is enthusiastic.
장점: i have no complaints , everything was great
후기: I really enjoy time in this hotel
장점: The location is great. It’s not in the middle of touristic caos but it’s a 10 min walk from it. The room is big enough, nice and clean. The staff is nice and attending, even with poor English skills. We rented out bikes, hot our laundry done and everything we needed got sorted.
단점: Vietnamese food is a divine, so having breakfast at the hotel is not worth it.
후기: Reasonable prices, complete amenities, decent breakfast.
장점: Good design, comfortable, quiet
단점: Difficult communication with staff due to language barrier
후기: The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly my family and I are very satisfied.
장점: This is one of the best hotels in Hanoi. Great facilities with reasonable price. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
단점: nothing
후기: The service is very good, and the food is delicious too <3
장점: Clean and quiet.
후기: Friendly staff. Rooms were fairly clean - just a bit dusty. Only a 10 minute walk to lake and on the quiet side of the lake which we preferred.
장점: Sạch sẽ lịch sự nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình
단점: Vòi nhà vệ sinh rất mạnh k tiện lắm nên thay
후기: Good and clean
장점: Bún mọc cho bữa sáng khá ngon, gần bờ hồ Hoàn Kiếm
단점: Không
