Positive points: The property is super close to the Hongik hotspot of food and culture! The room itself is very efficiently laid out and the owner is very communicative.

Positive points: It's the third time I stay here. nI kinda like it. That's why I always book this guesthouse everytime I stay at Hongdae area.

Review: Located in downtown Seoul, this place is great for tourists who want a family vibe with easy access to the major spots in Seoul. The house is maintained very well with considerate amenities provided.

Positive points: I like the place and the room which it's really clean and comfy. Although the toilet have to use with others but it's stay clean. I like the host which they are really nice person and willing to help upon your request. nnOverall I love this place. I've been stay here for the 6th times since 2022 until now :)

Review: 很干净的民宿，离弘大地铁口约10min步行，可以摊开行李箱，还有个很可爱的小阳台。民宿小哥人非常善良热情～会给你介绍各处设施，还会帮忙搬行李上楼～（我的箱子很重，还挺抱歉的）

Positive points: The area was surrounded by restaurants and shops but the airbnb is quiet at night. The nearest train station is the Hongik University Station exit 3.

Positive points: Host is very kind, helpful and quick responsive. Location is excellent. The guesthouse is nearby a lot of restaurants and shopping area and also not far from subway. The room is clean and comfortable.
