Review: Room cleanliness was rundown, found cockroach in bathrooms and some left behind hairs from the previous guest. Above TV ceiling found cobweb and kettle was stain., hopefully will improve for my next stay. Thanks
Positive points: The location is perfect and the massage in basement floor is really good.
Negative points: The big gap between the bathtub and the wall is a mess area, looks very ditry and quite uncomfortable which is the biggest issue during our stay. There are ants everywhere in our room but not as uncomfortable as the bathtub gap.
Review:
The floor cracked and the bed sunk in the middle of the night. The staff almost placed us in the room just below the sinking unit. Next morning, there was no apologies and the staff actually said it was an earthquake that ONLY affected that column of units 102 and 202.
Unless you believe there is an earthquake that only affect this building, stay at your own risk!

Review: The staffs are kind and the room condition is nice. Not very huge sized room but it is acceptable and cozy with balcony. YouTube is available and the minibar is 24/7 cool.

Positive points: Clean and neat facilities, bed sheets were soft, large TV with Netflix, clean and comfy bathtub, complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea. 3mins on bike from Vivo City, 10mins to Starlight bridge
Negative points: No ironer, but they have washing and ironing service at the hotel. Should include sugar bags or condensed milk cubes for the complimentary black coffee and tea

Facility was a bit old but acceptable for the travel who always travelling around. Good place for cleaning up and sleep.
Positive points: Thank you guys for my great stay on Christmas holidays! Very nice and cozy hotel. Value for money! Totally clean and spacious room. Location is perfect, tons of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores nearby. Starbucks in 1 minute walk. Clean bathroom, fresh towels, laundry service, Netflix TV, microwave, fridge, quiet AC.
Negative points: Nothing.
