Review: Good breakfast veg indian options are not available.

Positive points: This property is very clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

Review: Restaurant is beautiful with lots of food options, on decent side for both Vietnamese and Euro dishes. Room is on small side. Bed is very hard, but seems like that is more normal in Vietnam. Main complaint is that the receptionist would not let me check out late even though that was part of the package I purchased on Agoda. Also, I waited 20 minutes for them to check my room upon checkout. She never told me I was done even though I was sitting right there. Bad service. Everyone else was fine.

Review: The hotel is very beautiful and spacious, located in the city center, making it very convenient to walk into the old town. However, the hotel advertised that there is parking available, which is not true the hotel told me that I had to park my car outside.

Positive points: Great breakfast with a lot of choices of local and western dishes. The have a breakfast bar serving pho and omelets.

Positive points: Nothing positive. I booked months ago. We had a booking for three days and went on cruise for 2 days and when we returned they said they could not accommodation us. They were accommodating other nationalities so I think it was because we were AustraliAn

Review: The location is good. Rest were very mediocre experience. The breakfast was moderate. The room was spacious but I had booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) however, they said I had to pay additional amount for extra bed and breakfast, which was not mentioned in the site when I was booking. Most underwhelming aspect was the unfriendly attitude of staff members. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Do check the details as I had to pay for my 6 years kids meal though booked for 2 adult and 2 kids.

Positive points: Excellent staff - great location - excellent room

Review: This hotel scored high on my scale due to its location in Hanoi. Everything was within walking distance and reach. I even took the regular bus to and from the airport to this hotel. The number is 86, it is within walking distance and costs only 45 dong. Also the old quarters are within walking distance, a big plus for a tourist.

Positive points: This hotel is located just south of Hanoi's famous Old Quarter - in walking distance of it. We were upgraded to a huge room with 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a large bathroom. The room was quiet, cool, and had comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with great variety and a chef to make egg selections. The elevator doors are painted with Vietnamese scenes and each floor has cool artwork.

Review: The front desk reception show no welcoming guest.

Positive points: The area around the hotel central location

Review: The room is clean and it comes with large bed. Room is spacious but shower area is small. The front desk reception lady beef to improve as they are pulling long face without warm welcome when check in. The belleboy are even helpful and his face shows smiling and warmest welcome when help us carry our luggage.

Positive points: It’s location was excellent and it’s very good value for money.
