Điểm trừ: The villa was clean enough but was in disrepair. I could tell right away that they didn’t keep up with it. Although clean, it had a grimy feel (there was part of an empty wasp’s nest in my shower, the grouting was gross, tiny ants in the bedroom, etc). That being said, I would have never written this part of the review if the following hadn’t occurred.rnrnI told the manager that I was headed back to Bali for nights and wanted to keep my room since it was non-refundable. I had intended to leave the majority of my belonging in the room, but as I was leaving for Bali, the manager said I should at least put my large suitcase and camera in the office for safekeeping. I agreed, but said I would leave my toiletries and some other smaller items as they were, as I didn’t want to unpack again. I should’ve known something was up when i saw on of the staff bring my sandals into the office as well. Why couldn’t they stay? The answer shouldn’t surprise you. They were intending to the rent the room to another guest while I was away, the non-refundable room I had booked with booking. My suspicion was correct when I came back and the receptionist tried to put me into another room because mine was “clean” yet. I peaked in my room and saw that there were traces of another guest, such as some items from the mini-bar used and out on the kitchen counter. Plus, they had removed all of my remaining belongings into the office. They just emailed guiltily when I called them out, so I handed over my keys, gathered up my stuff, and took my business elsewhere. Booking.com has yet to get back to me on my refund.

Điểm trừ: Only thing to improve is that the pool needs to be cleaned regularly, like this is was not possible to swim in it.

Điểm trừ: This is no fault of the property, but because of the location on the west side of the island, it can be tricky to get there by horse buggy from the ferry dock (many of the drivers would not take us to the other side of the island)

Điểm trừ: - I am torn on how to describe the beach. On one hand, we saw many turtles swimming at high tide while we enjoyed our breakfast from the beach. On the other, the beach becomes drained and rocky at low tide. If you’re looking for a swimmable, white sand beach, this probably isn’t it. If high tide falls midday during your stay, the beach will look nice for most of the day. We were in Gili T to snorkel and see turtles, so we didn’t mind.

Promote sunset at the main area near the pier ( invite tourist )
