Điểm cộng: We loved everything! Hir and his family are so welcoming. Hir took us on a wonderful tour, showing us the local area and foraging for edible fruit and plants. The food was AMAZING - we loved the curry, gado gado and olah olah. It’s quiet, peaceful and located 500m from the monkey forest and right next to a waterfall. The room was simple but had everything we needed. The garden is full of beautiful plants including those edible fruits and spices. There’s free tea and coffee all day

Đánh giá: we stayed for two nights in the newer bungalow which was very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of your own balcony to relax on. It's a small place (3 rooms) but the staff have a nice balance of being attentive but not in your face. The food is simple, but tasty and cheap. The owner was already booked with another family but he organized another guide to take us out for the day. Adi our guide was great, he took us through rice paddies and farms teaching us about the foods, to the waterfalls for swimming and monkey forest. we even saw lots of black monkeys. Highly recommend this tour. Tetebatu is a small, basic, rustic village, but this place is the best one to stay at.

Điểm cộng: Amazing host, property and location - Hir welcomed us like family, and was a great tour guide! We got to stay in his newly built cottage which was LUXURY. Squeaky clean, best beds, pillows, bathroom, everything, and MORE! His wife made a hearty and fresh chicken curry but my personal favourite was their banana pancakes. His dog Bebe was the sweetest and guided us in our hikes and little daughter Pani was adorable.nDo not hesitate if you want to immerse yourself in local culture and still have comfort at the same time. Highly recommend / the best experience in Lombok so far!

The days were spent meeting the people, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and exploring the waterfalls, rice fields, market places and other interesting sites of the area. Our nights were spent talking with our wonderful host family about their culture, history, and sharing thoughts about life. Such a genuine, happy host family in a lovely small back-to-nature hideaway on the island of Lomboc. Relaxing and refreshing experience. Out host also set up drivers to take us to other areas of the island and on our onward journey to smaller outer islands recommended!nThank you (terima kasih) for a wonderful stay. nYour friends from Hawaii

Điểm cộng: A trip to Lombok would not be complete without dedicating a day or two getting to see the local village of Tetebatu. The host and his property are lovely, he spent a few days walking the rice fields with me to see the locals working and the beautiful views, we visited a lovely waterfall and had great food which was prepared by him using the fresh ingredients located all around his garden. We walked through the monkey forest and were able to see black and grey monkeys in their natural habitat and workers preparing their next harvest in the fields all of which was practically in his backyard. no His puppy and daughter were lovely and I’m so happy I got to see the authentic Lombok for all it’s beauty. stay here!

Điểm cộng: True definition of homestay! You can see real life of local family, spend time with them, eat local food with most ingredients taken from host's garden. Hir (the host) took us for 4 hours walking tour around the village, showed local plantations of veg and spices, explained how everything grow, how people live their lives, showed us local waterfall and black monkeys in their natural habitat. Host family speak very good English, food prepared by his wife is amazing! Location is distanced from the main road, very quiet and peaceful with sounds of the nature. Highly recommended for chilled stay. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner here, vegetarian options and beer are available.

Đánh giá: The Garden is beautiful and IT IS very peaceful and quiet. The Host IS super friendly and WE felt very Welcome. The room is simple but clean WE can definitely recommend staying there.

Đánh giá: Heir was an absolutely amazing host! He brought us on a walk around the rice terrace, villages and monkey Forrest. The food him and his wife made for us was delicious , try the Tempeh curry! He was so fun and we really enjoyed our stay here, we look forward to hopefully returning some day. Thank you Heir.

Đánh giá: Great host, amazing food, amazing hospitality. Slightly unlucky with rain, however if you are willing to get up early and go explore than it’s normally blue sky!nThe only con I have is not about the accommodation but the animals, dogs here don’t seem too fond of tourists and come charging out their homes at you! If you are not good with dogs I would be cautious when you walk around the village! Other than that would recommend highly to anyone

Đánh giá: Arriving here at night could be challenging but just ask around, who ever is out on the road will know where hotels are. The owner was incredibly nice making sure we liked the room and make sure hot water is running and if anything was needed to make the night a restful one. Let us know about breakfast and in the morning, he showed us around the property, his garden, vanilla trees!..and walked us through the rice feilds on a wonderful walk. There are some long-tail monkeys in the forest nearby and he was patiently looking for them with us through the forest. Was a great value for the money. We ended up giving a donation because of how much we loved the hike/walk through the feilds and forest. Being educated on growing the rice process was a great touch. The views of mount rijani were a bit cloudy nevertheless, you see it! Would love, love to come back here again!

Đánh giá: First and probably best homestay we ever been to! Just go there and experience it yourself. This was one of the best spots on our travel! We stayed for 3n and were sad to leave.nnHost is just the best! Personal tours through his neighbourhood, own cooked dinner and lot of fun! Rooms just next to the local family, rice fields and natural paradise. Simple, clean, quiet.nOur stay felt like living local. nnWe will back for sure when we are in Lombok.
