Positive points: It was away from all the traffic and noise, more in a local area and the room was superb. Super cute and comfy with a super comfy bed and good bathroom. A window facing the water and mountain, gorgeous

Positive points: I have been put in another apartment building. Son Tra Green Hotel was overbooked because of TET, the Chinese New Year.
So my rating does not apply to Son Tra Green Hotel but to the apartment I had ben put in, which was around the corner

The studio apartment I was in was good, near the beach (a 4-minute walk).
It is basic but ok, it has been renovated recently. The microwave and fridge were new.
The staff is friendly.
There is a yummy vegan restaurant around the corner, Mom's Chickpea Eatery. Vegan or not, the food is good and the owners are superfriendly!

Review: My rating is for a different establishment. When I arrived, the hotel reported that there were no rooms available at the place I booked, so they transferred me to a homestay at a different location. 10 points! The amenities are complete, the room is pretty, and the location is near Man Thai beach. Excellent for the price range.

Positive points: terrible service, there is no service in English (no water to drink, no toilet paper) the room was moldy, the smell was unbearable, I couldn't sleep the whole night because the room was so bad. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in to date. When making the payment, I had to wait almost 30 minutes because the credit card machines weren't working.

Review: Lúc nhận phòng Nhà vệ sinh dọn không sạch, còn tóc và khá nhiều thứ của khách cũ ở lại trên tường, trong góc,.... giá tốt nên không yêu cầu nhiều, mình tự dọn.
Mình ở hơn 1 tuần. 3 ngày đầu ở không yêu cầu dọn phòng. tới Ngày thứ 4-5 yêu cầu dọn phòng thì chỉ quét dọn + lau sàn, bỏ rác, còn lại không thêm đồ (Lược 1 lần, giấy vệ sinh) Và không thay ga giường, khăn lau chân. Hôm sau phản ánh lại Lễ Tân -> Dọn phòng nhưng vẫn không thay Ga giường và khăn lau chân! Hôm sau nữa mình nhắc thêm lần nữa thì mới lên thay ga giường :D

!!! Lưu ý 1 chút: Để xe oto ngoài trời, ban đầu bảo vệ hướng dẫn mình để xe cạnh thùng rác trước KS - bị chuột chui vào khoang máy cắn tè le.
*Tóm lại. Phòng gần biển, đi bộ 1 chút là tới, xa thành phố, có cửa sổ rất thoáng. Đi chơi thì ở được, còn đi công tác thì nên xem xét, giờ cao điểm đèn đỏ và kẹt xe thành ra di chuyển sẽ tốn thêm thời gian. Giá tốt đáng ở.

Positive points: The receptionist is very kind and welcoming. The security guard too was also so friendly. The bed was very comfortable and a good size room. We really enjoyed our stay there and even extended one night as we thought there was so much to see and do. the internet was strong but sometimes intermittent. You can park your motorbike in the garage. We had a view of the sea from our little window. It was quiet and peaceful.

Just an FYI that the street the hotel is on its being reconstructed so it doesn't look like the best area when your arrive but in fact is near everything. Do go find the local cafe which sells THE BEST COFFEE (cafe muoi).
