Đánh giá: This is an high quality hotel. Nice bed. Staff is very helpful. I would go to this hotel again. Also, snacks in the lobby.

Điểm cộng: We stayed at the silken hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. Overall had a good experience. The water pressure in the shower was excellent , rooms were sound proof so we slept really well. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning kept it nice and cool. We didn’t need the extra amenities because we only came back to our room to sleep so it was perfect for us. Free snacks and coffee in the lobby were provided but the best part is the staff. There was a young lady at the front desk who was so kind and helpful with questions that we had and even let us keep our suitcases in the lobby after we checked out so we could kill some time due to a later flight.

Đánh giá: I stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel & a few minutes walk to mrt station. The hotel is so comfy & clean . The staff also very helpful. I highly recommend to stay here

Đánh giá: It’s a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but the quaint feel of the location makes you feel like you’re part of the local neighbourhood. There’s 3 convenience stores and laundromats less than a few meters away. The only caveat is that for the price there are no breakfast or vouchers included which I found was offered by other establishments. We got the classic queen room which had adequate space, satisfactory cleanliness, and proper soundproofing in between the rooms (not the halls though, you can hear talking and luggages rolling about). I definitely recommend this place if you do not mind the 10min walk to zhongshan elementary school train station.

Điểm cộng: Stayed here for a few days with my family, the room is very spacious which we liked very much. We had a very comfortable stay in this nice hotel, I definitely recommend it to families of 4 to 5 people.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Điểm cộng: - Good location, near to MRT station. Bus stop right near the hotel - useful for getting to e.g. Shilin district.rn- Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Near the end of our stay I was dealing with a lost wallet and the receptionist was kind enough to make some calls on my behalf. I greatly appreciate that.rn- The room was comfortable and clean, with a big window.rn- The toilet had a bidet seat.rn- The hotel offers free coffee and snacks in the lobby - although we did not used it, is is a nice benefit.

Đánh giá: Location is hard to find , beside an highway with aircraft flying through to songshang airport .Walking with the luggage from subway is no joke . Hotel sign is put as Siti hotel and not updated . Room is renovated with japanese theme 25 years ago. Shower is bathtub and not elder friendly . My room have a kerb and my wife who is partially signted trip on it . We ask to change room on the 2nd day and they said we have to check out our existing room before 12 and check in after 3pm. Regretted staying there for 4 nights .

Đánh giá: Wonderful hotel that is a bit away from things, but about the best deal you will find in Taipei. This is a budget hotel, so there are not many amenities, but the size of the room and bathroom based on the cost was amazing. I actually had room to move around, store luggage, a desk to work at, a good shower, and a full window (though it does look out to the highway). There was never any noise, the bed was comfortable, the shower, sink, and toilet functioned well, there were plenty of outlets and lighting, and there was daily cleaning. The location is a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT station, but there is a Youbike station right nearby on the main road that you access by nearby stairs. And even if the location seems remote, the area is very quiet and safe with parks only 10 minute walk as well as Maji Square which is 15 minutes walk. There is also a small, but excellent night market with lots of delicious food and is even open in the morning for breakfast. The lobby of hotel has a water station, coffee machine, and free snacks. The front desk staff were always very nice and pleasant to talk to. I really enjoyed this hotel and look to staying again on future trips!

Điểm cộng: Location is close to yellow line mrt, there is a 711 around the corner as well as cafes and restaurants. Room was spacious, shower always had hot water, tv and fridge in room. Coffee and snacks provided in the lobby. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Điểm cộng: - Location was great next to a main bus stop on the elevated road that connected to the rest of the city rn- Cute neighbourhood with local eateries and konbini, as well as a short walk to night marketsrn- Spacious room that was clean with a full bath tub to soak in after a days travel around the city rn- Friendly front desk staff who always offered helprn- Snacks + coffee and hot chocolate machine in lobbyrn- Real pleasant surprise and great value

Đánh giá: Silken Hotel is a nice surprise. Recently renovated rooms give it a modern clean look with great aesthetics. Space is more than enough for a solo traveler or as a couple.nThe hotel is also within a few minutes walking distance to an MRT station.nStaff is very friendly and helpful.nNo breakfast or dining area during my stay there and there's renovations going on in the second floor, so I'm guessing they'll be available in a short time.nI'm really pleased with this hotel and will definitely be staying again.
