Điểm trừ: This place is ok for one night to sleep, but it is not very clean or comfortable. The beds are quite old and firm. The bathroom was dirty. The sink had brown water coming out as if it had not been turned in for a long time. The window did not lock in my room and my guide asked the staff for a different room for me that had a locking window. The one girl acted like an immature teenager stomping and irritated that I should have such a request. She banged on the window and would not easily accept that it could be pulled open from the outside. After asking for a different room, she finally gave me a different room. For the price of 285,000 IDR per night for a simple twin room, I expected much better.
Điểm cộng: The staff were so friendly! They even picked me up from the other side of town because I missed the bus stop. Beautiful courtyard and green area as well.
Đánh giá: My stay was dispointing due to poor valie for money,cleaniness,staff and facilities. The property had issue with hot water and facilities.
Điểm cộng: Upgraded my room to a bigger and better room/view. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was available. Lots of cute dogs on the property.
Điểm trừ: The dinning space could use new table cloths and be cleaner.
Đánh giá: Very beautiful property with big outdoor space to relax. The room was big and clean. The family is super helpful and they cook delicious food.
Điểm cộng: This is my favorite location I have stayed in Indonesia, very nice large well maintained garden area, large room comfortable bed and bathroom. It had a restaurant at the property which served very tasty and inexpensive food, so no need to search outside for food. They can arrange a guide to take you up to the volcano, or give you a map and some advice, and point you in the right direction. nThe hosts were the best I have experienced also, friendly family who spoke English and fun to hang out with, great place to recharge after 6 weeks exploring the islands

Đánh giá: Room is nice and the staff is very helpful because the electrical socket in my room is broken and they surely quick to respond. The place is beautiful and near to cafes and convenience store which is great. Thumbs up!

Đánh giá: The hotel is dated. Faulty hot shower. no kettle in the room to make coffee/ tea. There is a hot water dispenser at the corridor which doesnt look clean and no cups. Squatted toilet, no toilet paper & tissues. But it has a beautiful lawn & view overlooking the mountain
Đánh giá: It would be great if compartment shelves was provided for toiletries. Other than that, it was a great stay
