Đánh giá: Lampu mati berulang kali, hidup mati hidup mati berulang-ulang. Pintu kamar rusak tidak bisa ke kunci otomatis. Kolam dingin tidak terisi.

Điểm cộng: The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The geothermal spa within the hotel is great to relax in after a day hiking. The room was really comfortable and clean.

Đánh giá: Amazing place with a great view of the volcanoes. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotspring at the hotel.
