Đánh giá: i stay 2 night. nhave guide to hike mt sibayaknhave breakfast n they muslimncome back from hot spring n tomorrow must catch up flight but our clothes wet but they give we to use dryer.. ncan ask to use ironnnear to brastagi market, to hipster cafe and view sibayak is superb

Điểm trừ: The bathroom shower made the room very wet There was no plug for the basin or hot water. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as the springs came through the mattress.

Đánh giá: Basic accomodation provided..can borrow iron from owner, mineral bottle provided..Just during our stay there is water intruption for a while due tank empty, and breakfast preparation very slow..Because they cook it once order, dont expect buffet ya
Điểm cộng: Staff was super helpful and friendly. The tours and transfer they proposed was spot on what we needed.
Điểm trừ: Cleanliness was a miss on all areas (common areas, bathrooms, bed sheets with stains, towels with stains, dust). Strong smell of moth balls in my first rooom 12 or so toxic balls near where I sleep couldn’t breath. Was changed to another room which also had moth balls but less). No hot water. No ac no fan no mosquito protection only way to get air in was through window that didn’t lock. nnFor the record I get that moth balls are used for managing insect issues declared by previous guests but they are banned in a lot of countries, can’t be used safely around humans and are a known neurotoxin and carcinogenic that’s irritant to humans. Avoid contact or breathing.

Điểm cộng: Very recommended! Very near to berastagi town. The room was great! Towel and soap provided. No shampoo but its okay. Mattress was good. Also got heater! So greatttt.
Đánh giá: Should have at least water dispenser or kettle hug in the room the rest overall is okay glad to continue staying here
Điểm cộng: location is not bad, but please keep it in your mind that big mosque locates very close from hotel. Hotel stuffs are very kind and speak in quite good English.
Đánh giá: Were there during year end season but with limited staff , they are trying their best to meet demanding guest. Rushing to get breakfast done, housekeeping etc... All in all good host
Điểm cộng: The room was specious and clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.nnThe family is also very nice and helpful. location is good as within walking distance to the volcano for hiking and the outdoor market.
Điểm trừ: The water cut out two separate times while showering.
