Positive points: The room was very nice - comfortable spacious and beautiful bathroom. There are affordable and clean laundry facilities on the basement floor. The staff exchanged large bills for me at the lobby which was nice. I didn’t go, but there is a bar, restaurant and cafe on the top floors - looks like a great view! Literally right across from coex
Review: I did not get to sleep during my whole stay.There was a road construction 24hrs. the room was not yet cleaned when i returned in the afternoon.
Positive points: Good location.
Negative points: Tiny room and bath room is very expose. I feel uncomfortable to use it during another person stay in room with me.

Positive points: The front desk was very helpful. I think the name is Miss Kim. She’s very nice and pleasant . The property is close to Coex. Check out was easy. I will stay here again if i need to go to Coex Center.

Negative points: Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Room was dusty, shower barely worked the head needs to be cleaned of the calcification..
Review: I stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were booked by company (city view room). The last fourth night (normal room) were booked by me personally. During my check-in, the staff was kind enough to let me stay in the (city view) room for all 4 nights of my stay.
Positive points: The location is great for public transport and the Coex is opposite great also for shopping and restaurants. The views from the roof top restaurant and hotel windows are amazing!
Negative points: Construction work outside was noisy and bedroom windows were a bit dirty.
