2.这家只有两个客房，所以蛮安静的。
3.院子挺漂亮的。
4.性价比很高。
缺点：
1.屋顶有动物奔跑的声音，建议佩戴耳塞。
2.位置在小巷子里，需要认真看门牌。

Điểm cộng: The location is great. You're close to everything yet the house is nice and quiet with a beautiful garden.

Đánh giá: Close to the palace and the market, restaurants and stores around. In a quiet street where cars can't drive in. The room is ok with everything needed, and you can always ask for help.
The walls are thin, so you'll hear all the sounds in the garden during the day.

Điểm cộng: Great location, cool tucked away alley. Quiet for how centrally located it was. Friendly family and excellent for the price.

Đánh giá: A 2-room house for rent, built separately within the same premises as the landlord. Basic amenities like air conditioning are available, along with one power outlet, a bed, and a clean bathroom. There is a table and chairs on the porch. The landlord's garden is spacious and beautiful, and the landlord and their family are friendly, with two lovely little girls who sometimes cry a bit. :)
The family dog, Melo, is very beautiful, with clean white fluffy fur. It's just a small puppy, but since it's new to the surroundings, it barks quite a bit. However, once it gets used to it, it's well-behaved.
The location is very convenient, about 20 meters from the main road, and the Ubud Palace and market are just over a 5-minute walk away.
What I like most is the spacious and cool garden area. The landlord is enthusiastic and even heats water for you.
I would rate it 10/10 for its affordability and convenience.

Đánh giá: A bit hard to find out the location and their chicken was so noisy all the night.. and they don’r Have hair dryer pls prepare yourself. Others of it, everything was good here, friendly staff and nice breakfast, if you’re a coffee lover make sure check out the cafe call seniman coffee studio which was just few steps away.

Điểm cộng: Property Owner sublet his two room to the guests. Property Owner was polite and respectful. Room was clean and bed was ok.

Đánh giá: if u only need a stay for the night. this homestay is definetely worth your budget.. all day we were outside to explore ubud and just comeback here to sleep.. nice place.. quiet and relaxing.. we werent able to enjoy the breakfast which i heard was good since we always leave the house early.. will surely book again if given the chance to go back. Thank You.

Điểm cộng: The family that hosts you are incredibly kind and the space itself is in a great area but tucked back so you don’t hear any traffic. Also as a bonus the wifi is great and reliable
