Đánh giá: This is a really nice medium budget homestay. The delux room I stayed in was very nice and (bali-standard) clean with a fridge. Nice green view from room and bathroom.
Coffee available all day on small patio.
Within walking distance of monkey forest, Ubud market and rice field walk.
Nice breakfast.

Pool was ok for kids and a quick dip. Towards end of our stay the water looked cloudy. The tiles of the pool were rough on the skin of the hands/feet.

It is only accessible by foot from main street jl. Bisma which is a drag with suitcases, but very nice and quiet for the rest of the stay.

Đánh giá: Not an ordinary homestay, i receive it as a new kind of experience, though they have very decent rooms and comfy beds but property got a different vibe altogether.
For eg, It's so silent in the night that it feels a bit spooky :)
I stayed upstairs in a deluxe room, and had to go up and down several times as my kids and mom were in a separate room downstairs. Several busts and statues here and there make it a bit scary in dark.. wow i feel a chill in my spine as im writing this review.

It is Balinese to the core & you will immerse in a deep understanding of this beautiful culture after staying here.

Yeah a few gaps here & there, for eg pool is not super appealing here like it is in a hotel or a resort, very limited breakfast options.

Don’t expect a super attentive staff after 8.30 - 9 pm as host here sleeps early, though they are available if you really need them.

But its a doable option as the experience here is very indulging and natural, astounding and memorable for many years to come. No doubt i will choose it in a blink of an eye again as silence suits me. Though my kids are a but wary of it :)

Also if you gonna experience ubud for a few days and dont want to spend much on a stay, this could be a reasonable option for you.
Its a silent property, very calm & relaxing among chaos of Ubud which is just a half a KM away.

Điểm cộng: The manager (Made was his name) was very friendly and helpful. Nice small pool on-site. Our room was big and had plenty of space for our stuff. Breakfast provided every morning. Good eating options very close by.

Đánh giá: We booked three nights at this hotel, the positive about this place was breakfast, unlimited coffee and spacious rooms. The negative was a major leak in our room causing a huge amount of dampness, the fridge in the room was disgusting, Roten fruit was left inside the fridge and the pool was more of a garden pond. Overall I felt that this property was overpriced compared to others in the area.

Điểm cộng: It’s tucked away off the main roads down a pathway. It’s a nice Homestay and the pool is nice.
The room is very traditional Balinese and it is really big, probably double the size of a standard room. It has a fridge with beverages inside for purchase, so you don’t need to go anywhere.
The host always went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Breakfast was great and they kept the place clean.

Đánh giá: Perfect place to be near central Ubud yet stay in the middle of ricefields.

Điểm cộng: Authentic Balinese accommodation that is accessed by foot or scooter only. The room was big with a balcony overlooking the pool and ricefield. The owner was very kind and would even bring the delicious breakfast on my private balcony. It is very well located away from the noise yet a short stroll from warung, coffee, restaurant, shops etc. I would definitely return.

Đánh giá: Quiet location, very friendly owner, good breakfast every morning brought by the owner himself. Rooms are clean but little bit old and worn out. Many mosquitos, don't forget to bring spray. Mosquito net is in the room available. The towels and bedsheets are clean but humid and smelly.

Điểm cộng: Unbelievably charming beautiful place actually in the middle of rice fields and banana trees, yet 8 minutes walking from the center. Friendly staff. This is the truest Bali mystique in action. Recommend it!

Đánh giá: Perfect location, beautiful tradition house, beautiful room & bed. I felt like a queen there haha.
Staff was superb to us, he prepared a small delicious breakfast in boxes for us because we had to leave at 6:30am to boat station. We appreciated so much.
I'd love to come back there when I back to Ubud next time.

Đánh giá: I chose this place because it was out of the way. The people are nice but the room was very noisy. The room they gave me was on top of the owner or staff rooms. On one side I could see the laundry room, on the other side the alley to get to the place by motorcycle. Noisy at night & woken both morning by 5am. The nicest thing was the area around the pool, very quiet. Other rooms seems much better.

Điểm cộng: amazing place to stay while in Ubud. very close to the city, yet quiet and peaceful location. the host is very welcoming and friendly. amazing value for money. there is a daily breakfast and daily cleaning included in the room rate, which I didn’t see in other homestays. there is also a nice pool. the room is spacious, clean, with a/c and many closets.
