Review: Pas msk kmr lihat handuk keset seperti blm dicuci dekil dan ada serpihan kotoran, minta diganti dtgnya lama bgt. Jadi ragu dgn kebersihannya,lantai jg agak lengket. Breakfast rasanya agak krg tp msh bs dimkn, ga akan balik lg krn air kolam dingin

Negative points: Breakfast was a disaster. Food stations low on food. Tables not bussed or cleaned, no coffee or tea available. No utensils easily available. Very understaffed.
Review: Secara keseluruhan, hotelnya bagus dan sangat luas. Banyak arena bermain untuk anak dan kolam renangnya pun besar. Namun, ada beberapa fasilitas anak yang sudah agak usang dan perlu diremajakan.nnUntuk kamar, tidak ada komplain. Semuanya rapi, bersih dan terawat. Namun, karena saya bawa anak bayi dan ketika jam check out anak saya tidur, saya request untuk late check out, mengingat saya checkout di hari senin dan occupancy hotel tidak sampai 20%, namun hal ini tetap tidak bisa diberikan oleh hotel dengan alasan tidak available. Mungkin jika saya checkout di hari sabtu yg secara occupancy pasti lebih ramai, saya tidak akan request hal ini. Bahkan dari resepsionis hanya bilang “maaf bu, late checkout tidak available, nanti di maksimalkan di jam 12 aja ya bu”.nnMungkin ini bisa jadi review pihak manajemen ya.
