Review: Awal masuk kamar shock dgn bau apek di dalam kamar. Di sudut kamar mandi ada bagian yg kotor (tidak dosokat dgn bersih) yg paling mengecewakan kolam renang kotor, airnya tdk jermih sehingga anak2 ragu utk rennag disana. Area kolam renang berisik dengn musik. Di tempat bilas, wastafelnya buntu. Yg lumayan hanya makanan saat sarapan. Pengalaman pertama sekaligus terakhir

Positive points: The location is 10 minutes away from sentul convention center.

Negative points: The room was disappointing. It felt cramped, and the cleanliness was subpar, with visible stain in the mugs.The bed was uncomfortable itchy and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. The bathroom was outdated and has broken frame.The ceiling was leaking with water too.For the price, I expected a much better experience hence i upgraded the room .

Positive points: I liked everything in that hotel, clean, tidy and the menu breakfast was delicious. I recommended this hotel for all. It was satisfied and I will be back again next holiday here with my family

Review: Tempat ya deket Dari tol..fasilitas buat anak byk bgt anak2 senang...cm kalo buat makan breakfast semoga cepat direfill pas ud jam nya yg ditentukan pihak hotel biar ga tunggu lama makanannya...untuk smuanya ud bagus anak2 happy main disana

Review: Ketika datang check in baru bisa jam 3 siang katanya, staff hotel tidak ramah dalam memberikan informasi. Lalu ketika saya sampai hotel lagi jam 2 ternyata antrian sudah sangat panjang. Check in lama sekitar antri 30 menit, lalu hanya ready 2 kamar. 1 kamar lg berkali2 saya follow up turun ke lobby baru dapat jam 4 sore. Kolam renang airnya kotor, kids room bau nya tidak enak dan kotor. Untuk breakfast makanannya rata2 sudah habis padahal saya turun sesuai jadwal, rasa makanan kurang. Untuk kamar saya dapat pintu kamar mandi yg tidak bisa ditutup, ketika datang jg toilet belum di flush. Mohon dapat ditingkatkan untuk kebersihan dan pelayanan staff hotelnya.
