Review: Excellent over all

Positive points: We selected the Deluxe Double room and that had a good view of the lake. It was a corner room. Upon request they even gave us early check in by 1.5 hours. Good location, lake is walkable in 5 min.

Review: This is probably my favorite hotel in Hanoi - beautiful facility in the heart of the city with wonderful river views! I stayed here in my last trip almost twenty five years ago (ran into the great Michael Caine who was staying here with his wife while filming The Quiet American movie)! The hotel has not changed much and brought back such nostalgic memories! !

Positive points: Room on 15th floor was a good place to view the major typhoon…..staff were ok given the circumstances of the wreckage….doormen were good…..breakfast in Ming’s average

Positive points: Excellent location, nice facilities, helpful staff! Our inquiries via the booking website were answered in little to no time. We requested a late check out and we were not charged extra. Great value for money!

Review: Location - quite far from Old Quarter, and not much happening around the area. Good thing is that a Cong Caphe branch is near which is my favorite.nRoom - spacious enough, but airconditioning was weak and not cold. No bidet in the toilet. Toiletries provided.nBreakfast buffet - delicious with a lot of choices.nStaff - helpful, acccomodating, and attentive.

Review: Booked this as we were attending a wedding to be held at this same hotel. It's big but quite old. Staff were very kind and helpful. They attended to our every need. Breakfast buffet was also very good and satisfying. A lot of choices and are delicious. Location-wise, it's a bit far from the Old Quarter where most stuff are happening, need to take a Grab if you want to go. Not a lot happening in the direct vicinity, except for a pagoda which is walking distance. For the room, amenities were okay (toiletries and towels were provided), but the airconditioning was weak. We had to call the front desk to have it fixed as it was not getting colder even after an hour inside the room with the power on. And even after they fixed it, it wasn't really cold. There was also no bidet in the toilet. Nevertheless, it was an okay stay and we thank Pan Pacific's staff for their attentiveness.

Positive points: The city view at night from the bar was really good. The staff are friendly.

Review: Would recommend this place to my friends,I just didn’t get a chance to taste their food bec my flight was early,wish they would offer early breakfast for clients with early flights
