Positive points: We loved the spacious apartment just for the two of us. It’s located near the West Lake and a little far away from the hustling old town which we enjoyed, however others might find it a bit too far so that’s something to keep in mind. All the amenities are new and functioning well. We had a great time and wish we would come back again!

Positive points: We spent 4 days in the apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone who seeks a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the the city centre.nIt’s spacious, very clean and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The people at reception were very kind and helpful.nThe only downside for some people maybe that it is far from the Old quarter. However, a 15-minute ride with Grab will take you there.

Positive points: Love this place. This was my second time staying here as I used it as my base when I went to Ha Long Bay and was able to leave some luggage there and returned to Hanoi to stay another night at iRest Orange. Very friendly staff and amazingly beautiful rooms with a modern design. One of my favorite features is the free washer and real dryer to do laundry. Location is also great, located along the lake on a little inlet island and it’s super quiet day and night. Unlike the Old Quarter or French Quarter which can be very noisy and crowded. There’s also a little vegan restaurant about a 2 min walk from iRest with delicious healthy food called An Chay.

Positive points: Great clean and spacious apartment located along the lake on a small little island in a very quiet and charming part of Hanoi, away from the noisy streets of the Old Quarter and French Quarter. I'm traveling to Ha Long Bay and SaPa and I've been using this place as my base in Hanoi when I return to the city and I'm able to leave some luggage there while I'm traveling. There's also dozens of little cafes located on the island and one very good vegan restaurant that I've been eating at for lunch or dinner meals.

Review: The large one room apartment with kitchen, balcony overlooking the peaceful lake and washing facilities can’t be beat. The whole place is great for photographing and aesthetic. It’s easy to walk around and visit a cute cafe without the crazy traffic downtown. nnThe only con is that I had a late night takeout order around 11pm and was surprised to find the entrance gate with a padlock on it. I felt bad having to find and alert the clearly sleeping security guard to open the lock so I could get my food. One would wonder if a fire started and the guard fainted if I’d be stuck in the building. nnHopefully they can get an automatic door that requires the keycard or something to get in and out in the future.

Review: This apartment is very spacious at an affordable price. It's just far from the crowd. The room is perfect, but the bathroom seems to have a leak in the washtub. And unfortunately at night there is a slightly annoying sound from outside, the sound of iron being hit. For everything else there was no problem. Thank you for your hospitality.

Positive points: It was really good. The security & the front desk staff were both so sweet and hospitable. Also the room was really clean & looked the same as pictures. It was easy to get a taxi and travel to & from the city.

Review: We stayed there for 2 nights after our trip from Sapa. The place is very nice and full equipped, but it’s far from city center. However, you can get Grab to Old Quarter by paying a few US dollars.

Positive points: The apartment was clean and comfortable! The water pressure was excellent, making for a great shower experience. A water dispenser and washing machine were also provided, which added convenience. Detergent pods are available for purchase at 5,000d each. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely come back again!
