Positive points: Very clean and comfortable room, there is a great Spa next to the hotel. I'll be back in my next trip.

Review: Good location at a quiet and clean area. The hotel is new though the room is a bit small. But can’t expect more with this price.
Positive points: We had some delay in getting 2 of our rooms due to previous guests not showing up to check out, but the manager was super helpful and proactive, and did his best in making us comfortable. We appreciated the customer service.
Review: Nice and good small boutique hotel in a quiet neighnorhood. The room has many essential amenities and clean . The room air conditioner needs maintenance. There are many vietnamese and western eateries nearby.
Positive points: Staff are great!!
Negative points: Electric outlets are very cheap and/or broken. Light switches would not stay on. Electric plugs difficult to use. AC remote display was dead. Shower head is not adjustable and just sprays water on the wall above your head. Water flow is always variable because the building's plumbing does not have proper air vents. Towels are stained.
