Positive points: The only good thing is gentle owner. All other points was so so.

Positive points: The owner is a lovely person who cares a lot about her guests and is always ready to help. The room was really clean, everything was working properly, the bed was a bit hard but still comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive points: The highlight of this place is definitely the hospitality of the owner, Thuy An. Before our departure to Hanoi, she sent us multiple texts asking about our arrival time, whether we needed a taxi to her place (she booked one for us because she said her taxi was cheaper), how heavy our luggage was because she wanted to see if we could have the room at the higher floor. Talk about hospitality! We was constantly updated throughout the journey by her.rnrnUpon arrival she warmly greeted us and showed us to our room. It was basic but very clean and had everything we needed - air con, hot water, soap, shampoo etc. There was a TV in the room but reception wasn't great but who goes to Hanoi to watch TV to be honest. While unpacking, Thuy An sent more texts recommending where to eat around the area and informing us about the supermarket that was just a 2 minutes walk away. The place itself was just a 20+ minute walk away from the main walking street and a stone's throw from the famous Train Street so it's pretty convenient.rnrnThe stay itself was uneventful. The room was comfortable and we really had no complaints. If we had to nitpick, there was only one small pillow per bed so we had to ask Thuy An for extra which she happily provided.rnrnIn the end, staying at NHÀ NGHỈ THÀNH THU felt more like staying at a friend or relative's place rather than a guest house. Thuy An definitely made the stay a warm and pleasant one. She gives going the extra mile a whole new meaning. We'll definitely be saying here again whenever we're in Hanoi!

Positive points: Our host was so attentive and sweet, she was always on hand for anything we needed. We are currently backpacking and wanted a cheap private room for the night before a long travel day, this met all our expectations. Beds were comfy, shower was nice and hot.

Review: Overall, a recommendable accommodation. 2 large beds. Air conditioning. Fan. Hot water shower. Very clean. The landlady is more than friendly and we are very grateful to her for that.

Positive points: Our host was very nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms were just what we needed for a quick overnight stay near the Ha Noi train station. We had everything we needed, clean beds for all our guests, wifi and clean private bathrooms.
