Positive points: The staff at Blue Hanoi made the stay excellent. They were incredibly friendly and had wonderful recommendations for the area. The room was also incredibly clean and quiet, and very comfortable for my 5 night stay.

Positive points: The room is quiet and exceptionally clean. The bedding and towels are white and clean. The bed is soft. The wi-fi is strong. The breakfast is different every day and it's homemade. The food is fresh and healthy. The reception is helpful and very polite. They speak English.

Negative points: Everything was wonderful 😊

Negative points: Too expensive for the room, hotel is very small, not much to offer and uncomfortable in all hallways, I felt suffocating. Very busy area with local atmosphere experience.

Review: This place is spotless. Staff are incredibly friendly. Ceilings are high. Beds well made. Breakfast is simple Japanese style. Good to know food isn't being wasted. We enjoyed our stay here and rested very well.

Positive points: The beds were comfy, the bathroom was decent size. The shower/tub was nice. The staff was so kind and accommodating.

Negative points: The tub in the bathroom was a bit high so it was a tiny bit tricky getting out of the tub. You had to get out slowly and hold on to something to avoid slipping. The room was nice but with 2 suitcases it felt a bit crowded.

Review: Clean, wonderful bed, room, hot water and AC. The staff is excellent. A little far from attractions but Uber comes quickly. There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We stay here every time we’re in Hanoi!

Positive points: We had a fantastic experience and plan to stay here again next time we are in Hanoi. The room was very spacious and clean. We love this area of the city -- it's interesting, lively, and close to everything, but not too cramped, noisy, or full of tourists. The hotel's breakfast was varied and substantial, and above all, the family that runs the place is so very kind and accommodating. Can't wait to return.
