New World Hoiana Beach Resort

Review: This is by far my worst experience of staying at a resort. Among the many unpleasant events, I am going to name three.

After checking in, it took 2.5 hours for our luggage to be delivered to our room. When we asked the front desk for our bags, without checking, we were told to wait because the staff was busy. Only after saying that we have waited for over 2 hours, the staff asked us what colours our bags were and they would help to look for the bags. It was terrible. The hotel did sent a wine to us for apology, but I’d prefer not having to worry about my bags.

Additionally, the airport shuttle bus schedule on the resort map was wrong and no one ever informed us. In fact, we have confirmed with different staff for multiple times and no one has mentioned anything about an updated schedule. On our last day, after arriving at the shuttle bus station, we noticed that the schedule at the station was inconsistent with the resort map and that the next bus would be an hour later. We then asked a nearby staff and she said that the schedule has been updated. This was terribly frustrating as we have an upcoming flight. Seriously, why didn’t the resort re-print the maps?? This is one of the most critical information and it’s a 5 star hotel!

Lastly, a membership card would be created after check-in. When we returned to our room after dinner, we found that the cards containing personal details and photos, were left outside the room door. This lapse in security and privacy is unacceptable, as it puts our sensitive information at risk.

The services fell far below the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Poor management and lack of staff training. Definitely won’t recommend.

Positive points: Amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Will comeback here when I visiting hoi an again!

Review: Was stay there for 2 nights with 4 family, old and young travelers.

Not only facilities, but the whole stay experience was super good. The room is super big, comfort bed, nice bath room with bath tub, quiet for nice sleep, balcony super nice sea view…

The facilities for kid is excellent, small play area with many games, bicycle for single and 4pax too, swimming pool is super big…

Hotel provide many free shuttle to several places, airport, Danang city, Hoi An old town, etc.

Casino quite surprised me, it was clean, not messy at all, staff nice, free drinks, etc….

The staff service was outstanding, from arrived until we checkout, I have very good experience with them, especially thanks to Daisy and Lina who help us settled many requests, all my kids were happy with them…

The beach is so clean, the sand is so nice, not crowded at all even during peak session.

If there is a chance to come here again, I will choose this hotel even though the price is quite high, but it was worth …

Positive points: Great Vacation

Review: Stayed here during Lunar new year period. Staffs show no hospitality at all, seems like they hated working here during the holiday. They also had outsource staff with insufficient training.

Lots of restaurant selections and they were good but the staffs made us feel like they just want us to finish our food then leave.

Spa was the worst. 2.1 million vnd for hand and foot massage and all they do is rub my tibia for 50 minutes. Left early, complained to the spa and the front desk and they gave us 3 pieces of chocolate. Thanks 👌

Anyway, come here if you are either chinese or korean and you will probably get better service 👍 vietnamese should just stay at other resort lol dont waste your money here. Too far from anywhere (20 mins drive to Hoi An)

Positive points: Room and pool

Review: Beautiful resort (Cancun comparable) There are a lot of activities for all ages. The breakfast buffet is huge with a variety of food for everyone. Although, I prefer so see more Vietnamese food items. There many places to eat at the food court near the casino, and restaurants around the pools. They 4 different pools and one with two water slides. The kids will love it. They have many activities for kids and adults. Not to mention the private beach and white sands. The staffs are amazing. Service is top notch. They also have free shuttle to old town Hoi An and to Da Nang and Hue. Btw, also free pick up at the airport. Our kids and 80s years old love it. We may come back for the third time.

Positive points: This is a gem. Everything about this hotel is top notch . The food quality is top notch. The staff are truly amazing. Jade from the reception has been great. Helen, the manger from the breakfast room is absolute a gem. Also, the staff from the excective lounge are worth mentioning for their friendly approach and beautiful smiles.

Positive points: We went as an extended family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and everyone loved the resort. The rooms are very spacious and new. The facilities are awesome - so many pools, kids club, gym was well equipped. The food at the Italian restaurant was excellent. The buffet spread every morning had a huge variety and the restaurant was beautiful. We loved our stay there.

Positive points: The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, the hotel is pretty new.

Review: A must visit place when visiting Hoi An. A self sufficient resort for entire family.

Positive points: The room is beautiful, with modern design, and the bed is very comfortable. There are many activities to enjoy at the resort, especially with free access to the spa facilities. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The service is friendly and attentive. The front desk staff always greets guests with a smile and provides enthusiastic support when needed, especially Jesse, Kate, So Ny, Kelly, and Daisy from the Guest Relations team. Thank you all for providing such great experiences and making us feel as comfortable as at home.
We will definitely return on our next visit.

Positive points: The staff’s attitude. Everything is beyond my expectation. Thank you for all your guys for everything that you assist me during my stay here. From Jesse, Kate, Sony to Kelly and Daisy. Your guys is almost awsome.
Especially is Tiago. Thank you for your kindness to me.
That was an unforgettable vacation. I will definitely comeback.

Review: Six Star hotel with superb facilities . Breakfast was best that I have enjoyed in all the Vietnam hotels that I stayed. Casino is the biggest I have seen in Vietnam too. Room was so spacious. Will come back in 2025 to stay again

Positive points: I had a wonderful vacation here, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place for holiday. The restaurant is excellent, i buy tickets for lunch at Quang Nam House restaurant and the food is delicious and cheap because you can enjoy food anytime from lunch until 7pm. If you want a larger room with a better view, I suggest staying in a suite room. I paid extra to upgrade to suits room and it was definitely worth it. The best part was the very friendly front desk staff. the receptionist thuong and tri made my family’s stay unforgettable, they helped me upgrade to a suite for the best experience here. And shoule be visit HoiAn in the evening to experience the local culture. I will definitely return next year with my family.

Review: We family of 3 stayed here for 3D2N. The hotel is beautiful, clean and a lot of facilities. The staffs really friendly and helpful. Although Hoi An old town is about 30mins away from the hotel, the hotel have provided the shuttle bus to there and return. We really enjoyed our 3D2N there.

Positive points: Amazing hotel with great facilities, pools, restaurants, properly trained staff with good English, absolutely beautiful rooms. Even though the weather was gloomy, we had an amazing time, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting central part of Vietnam and wanting to unwind. Such a treat and relaxation! Worth all the money spent there.
