Review: Hotel is nice although it's like 20 mins away from Hoi An ancient town. Hotel has shuttle to & fro Hoi An old town which is convenient.
Hotel is 3 mins from casino so need to take the buggy which is available 24 hrs. Nice place to have a relaxing holiday.

Positive points: Very new and modern! Super spacious rooms and there is everything you may need: restaurants, convenience stores, gym, 24/7 spa. TV’s had both airplay and chrome cast also!

Review: I stayed at this hotel for a company event and extended my stay for an additional night. While I appreciated the hotel's overall ambiance, I was disappointed with a few aspects of my experience.

Firstly, despite requesting to stay in the same room to avoid unpacking, I was required to pay an upgrade fee. This seemed unnecessary, especially considering the significant company event the hotel was hosting.

Secondly, the staff's insistence on promptly settling my children's breakfast bill during our family meal was somewhat disruptive. I felt that a more relaxed approach would have been more appropriate.

While the hotel's location and facilities were satisfactory, the lack of consideration from the staff detracted from the overall experience. I would likely choose a different hotel in the future, one that prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.
