The price is ok, but I said it is more like 4-star hotel than a 5-star hotel. The 16-floor hallway carpet needs to be replaced.
We got 2 single beds, and there was only one pillow on each bed, need 2 pillows for each bed.
Positive points: Breakfast was ok. Location was alright
Negative points: The spa and the swimming pool were under construction so I was disappointed a little

Positive points: Nice hotel, if a small bit dated, more 4* than 5*.Best shower ever! Breakfast, lot's of Vietnamese food but not a lot of western food, but I did not see another westerners in the hotel during my stay. Location is right in the center of the city. Staff friendly as usual.

Ordered room service for pumpkin soup and receive chicken and corn. I didn’t mind but my wife didn’t like it

Positive points: I liked the breakfast buffet and restaurant. I enjoyed exercising in the gymnasium.
Negative points: I didn’t like their reliance on the use of plastic bottled water. There is room for improvement to make better choices for our earthly environment.
Review: The hotel is clean, centrally located, and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. However, since my family has 2 small children, it was difficult to use the bathroom, which is designed only for adults. If there were additional support seats for the kids to use the bathtub (to step in and out) and to stand up while brushing their teeth, it would be better. The bathtub and sink are both designed too high. Additionally, the glass cup used for brushing teeth is not suitable placing it at the sink where it can easily break is dangerous. It would be better to replace it with a disposable plastic cup that is changed daily.
Positive points: Big spacious rooms with everything you need. Reasonably priced mini bar.
Negative points: This hotel is at best a 4-star and falls short of 5-star standards. The emphasis on the casino in the lobby and lifts suggests it caters more to adults than families, with no play area for children. Despite claims of a 24-hour karaoke bar, there was no entertainment or karaoke in the late afternoon. The mattresses are hard, which is not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Be aware there are two Muong hotels in Da Nang this one is not the beachfront location but rather located in a concrete jungle. Additionally, the breakfast was mediocre.
Review: We had our 4 kids under 12 and it worked out great to have us in two rooms. The staff was very helpful and kind and the location was perfect to find different restaurants, stalls, and walking distance to see the dragon bridge as well!
