Meno House – Adults Only

Điểm cộng: We had the most amazing stay at Meno house! The staff were so helpful. The food and cocktails were incredible. The pool and beach front was a dream! We snorkeled and swam with 2 turtles so close to shore. The rooms were clean and beautifully thought out! It was my partner's birthday so they sang to him and gave him some birthday cake which was so kind! A very nice surprise! There are so many little things they do to make your stay perfect. I highly recommend Meno house!!

Điểm cộng: This property was beautiful but the service is what made it exceptional! Arya in reception and Iggy the bartender went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Easy access to rest of island either walking or using horse drawn cart. Highly recommend we would love to stay again!

Điểm cộng: The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location on the island is very nice: on a clean beach with a reef for snorkeling right in front of you. The property is relatively small and it is therefore quiet and peaceful (which was perfect as we were on our honeymoon). The infinity pool is really nice as well!

Điểm cộng: this place is outstanding! the hotel itself is top notch from the cozy bed to outdoor shower, private villa on the beach, we enjoyed every second here. the staff is incredible and made our stay better than we expected. 10/10 would highly recommend this place! you feel like you have a private island to yourself with the best hotel on the island. it’s very private. has easy access to boats to the other islands if you’re looking for more of a night scene. allnin all, this is one of my favorite places. definitely book this hotel!

Đánh giá: Great location, quiet and relaxing. Only suggestion is that they update the included bicycles, the resort had 5 and they were all in differing worn out states. Some of the seats were broken and split which caused a very uncomfortable ride. All of them were fairly rusted. The chain on mine broke 25 mins away from the resort so I had to walk back the broken bike.

Điểm cộng: This has been one of our best stays in Indonesia! The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Very relaxing, with beachfront villas, clean pool, and the best food we had on the island. Perfect for our honeymoon!

Đánh giá: Meno House is well located - it is close to beach restaurants, a padi certified dive shop, and has a good snorkeling point right on its beach. nnThey provide all snorkel equipments like masks, fins, life jackets etc.nWe went snorkeling right from the Meno House beach and saw turtles both times. nnPolite hosts and are also well connected to arrange horse riding, private boat, horse carriage etc. nnThe breakfast was great too.

In the beach frontroom were no waterheater so no tea or coffee, not even toothbrush, the aircondition where not cooling which is a bummer and managment where not present after we raised concern about the AC. Turn on and off is NOT a solution. Wifi was less then one bar, so if you lay on the bed you need to lay upside to get a better connection. The bar men checked us in nice and friendly guy. Nothing was done about the AC and no communication or even a apology when we where there. The statement was in a after Email the AC was running normal. Which cannot not be when the ouside temperature matches the room temperature. We fully understand that its on a island but for this money it should be not the guest problem to solve it. nnThe verdict. Nice room good, location and clean. Downside: no communication, no amenities and no responsibility. If this is you cup of tea (which they dont have) its a place to be.

Đánh giá: We chose Meno house to celebrate our anniversary earlier this year and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, both close to incredible coral reef sites and far enough from the noise from the neighbouring Gili Trawangan to spend a couple of quiet days.nThe property itself is gorgeous, with a great pool and a nice beachfront bar/breakfast restaurant (with excellent food, both traditional Indonesian and western/pan-European), and enough lounging chairs and snorkelling equipment for all guests. The beachfront villa where we stayed was particularly beautiful, with a high airy ceiling and an outside shower (with the only minor downside of mosquitoes – be careful if you are allergic!)nLastly, everyone at Meno is extremely nice and helpful. We had booked our anniversary dinner to be served by the beach with flowers and decoration provided by the hotel, but sadly there was a huge downpour that night. Instead of cancelling everything, the staff served our dinner in the covered dining area and arranged all the flowers inside our room. It was gorgeous!n10/10 would recommend. When you go, definitely check out the neighbouring snorkelling sites, especially the blue coral and turtles further down the coast from Meno. Do remember to avoid wearing sunscreen and any chemical substances that could increase site erosion!

Đánh giá: This is one of the best hotels we have ever been to!!! This is because of the combination of the incredible staff, the beach which looks like paradise, and the amazing services offered. There are only 6 rooms so it feels very private and exclusive. The service is beyond outstanding - every day Chris, Acik, Iqbal and Eka made sure that we had everything we needed, and every communication with them was genuine. The food is delicious - both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn’t feel like we needed to leave the hotel at all and it is extremely reasonably priced. We are so thankful to Chris, Acik, Iqbal and their lovely manager Eka who went above and beyond. Thank you Eka for speaking to us and helping us with everything we needed. This is the best hotel in Gili Meno!! When you step into the waters you’re directly at turtle point and we saw more than 20 turtles - one of the highlights of our stay. Another highlight was the snorkelling tour that the hotel offers with Gandi which is exceptional. We loved it so much that we also did a night tour. We hope to visit again in the near future!!!

Đánh giá: If what you are looking for is a chilled out, idyllic and peaceful getaway then Meno House is the place to go! The small size of the resort makes it feel very private and relaxed. There are lots of activities you can do such as snorkeling, which was some of the best I have ever done in my life, I've never seen to many sea turtles, it was magical! The rooms are extremely comfortable and well kept and the attention to detail is obvious. Staff are very friendly and genuinely seem to like their jobs, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Meno island itself is very quiet so don't expect to have too many options for eating out or nightlight, but Gili T is a short boat ride away if that is something you would like to do. For us, we just wanted to relax and soak up the sun for a few days so Meno House was really perfect. We would definitely recommend giving it a shot!

Đánh giá: Superb location on the island, mind you the island was empty while we were there. Tremendous staff, room was first class, turtle snorkelling at the ‘door’. Bar, food all ok and nicely situated. Only negative is the internet permanently cuts in and out ... but hey enjoy the sun the sea and the happy hour!
