Đánh giá: The outlook appearance is great. The lobby is inviting and well decorated up to hallways to the room. However, the room could use a bit of maintenance and more attention to cleanliness by the housekeeping staff when they clean the room before a new check in. nThe toilet had brown stains at the back of the door which we cleaned ourselves. The shower head/ shower glass door handle had water & limescale stains which could have easily been wiped by a towel. The bed was okay but not the most comfortable. The blanket cover uses velcro which bothered us when using the blanket. The decor is actually nice but they did not dust it well.nThe location is great if you want to visit Thamrin and Grand Indonesia, but do note the room is not very soundproofed as it might be noisy at night but that did not bother us too much. nThe hotel has a good vision and potential but if the upkeep was better it would be a really great hotel.

Điểm trừ: When I first entered my room it was dirty. Nothing has been cleaned. There is still rubbish in the room. The towel was not replaced. Luckily the housekeeping was on the next room and I asked them to clean everything.

Đánh giá: Price is ok. Good location, but bathroom and room is a bit old with stained bedsheets. My hairdryer wasn’t functioning and had to call them to replace one. However the repairman came and tried to repair it for nearly 30 minutes. They wouldn’t bring another hairdryer until we insisted them to. They said they need to check first.. no porter to help with luggage as well.

Điểm trừ: I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience generally pleasant, but there are areas that could improve. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness could be enhanced. I noticed the rooms could use a bit more attention, especially in the smaller details. Additionally, the beddings and towels, though functional, felt a bit dated. Upgrading to newer, softer linens and towels would make a big difference in comfort and overall quality. With these adjustments, this hotel would provide a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Đánh giá: 1st solo trip to jakarta and decided to book a hotel near the malls. Maia hotel was worth it. The rooms are super cozy, everything works and staff see friendly. The only down side is that the breakfast buffet does not look appetizing so I decided to order food via grab cause it was so affordable and the toilet shower floor has stains. Malls are a short distance away so I highly recommend it.
Điểm cộng: Very friendly staff, but the room wasn't that clean. Also, the windows are people-sized and open all the way which is really dangerous. Appart from that everything was fine and breakfast was way better than expected.
