Điểm cộng: They tried the best they can but overall didn't meet expectations of a 5* hotel
Điểm trừ: Room was weirdly setup and low quality, breakfast wasn't great, location was ok for business but overall not ideal.
Điểm cộng: location very good around lots of places to eat
Điểm trừ: nothing
Đánh giá: Love thefacilities provided
Điểm cộng: Good location. Extremely comfortable rooms. Friendly staff
Điểm trừ: None
Đánh giá: In terms of value for money, this hotel is one of the best in the area for me personally. For a similar rate, I can have a larger room that includes ironing facilities, access to a laundry room, a swimming pool, and a great breakfast. This is my second stay in two weeks, and I will definitely return again.
Đánh giá: 그랜드와 플라자 인도네시아에서 차로 15분 이내 위치, 새벽 기도 소리만 빼면 매우 만족합니다~! 특히 너무 친절합니다~
Điểm cộng: the room is clean.
Điểm trừ: it will better if the hotel have more variety of food.
Điểm cộng: Staff is Crazy good, they did their best to improve our staying there and tried to fix everything we didn’t like.rnThey have little motorbikes for the kids, they (and me!) loved them!
Điểm trừ: Don’t bother spending a night in the 10th floor, it’s so noisy you wont sleep at all. They have built the whole stack of the hotels ACs above the ceiling and we had to change 2 times rooms until we moved from the 10th to the 3rd floor. rnThey will help you but you will pay for a 2 bedroom apartment and will spend the holidays in two separate rooms.rnSo avoid the 10th floor at all costs.
Đánh giá: Very good service and serving. The rooms are very clean. Their staff is very friendly
Điểm cộng: very good
Đánh giá: Very nice service. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. Easy to get around. If you need or want to be in central Jakarta, this hotel is a very good choice.
Điểm cộng: Location is perfect close to many streets food and some interesting places
Điểm trừ: Bed is too small for double bed i think it’s 160x200 and the pillow also hard.
Đánh giá: Very homy, and clean! Staffs are absolutely friendly, they made you feel welcome!
Điểm cộng: Great rooftop pool, attentive staff, very nice breakfast, good location. Clean, quiet, safe.
Điểm trừ: There was nothing I did not like
Đánh giá: Stay here for two nights on a business trip. Greata location. Super friendly staff. Busy street during the day, but very quiet at night.
