Review: A great location to stay away from the busy avenues of Ho Chi Minh City, yet still offering a wide variety of affordable local Vietnamese cuisine!

Positive points: It is close to the airport. It's easy to commute. There is a lift to move my luggage to level 4. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Positive points: The location is excellent, especially if you have an early flight to catch. Even with high traffic, it takes no more than 30 minutes to get to the airport, which made our travel stress-free. There are also plenty of amenities nearby, with supermarkets like Tops Market Au Co and Bach Hoa Xanh just 500-600 meters away. The area is full of restaurants and coffee shops.
The staff were outstanding - very friendly and eager to help. They assisted us with our luggage and even provided a scale so we could weigh our bags before heading to the airport.

Review: On a quiet side street. Very low price. No elevator. Inside parking for scooter or motorcycle. Refrigerator. No microwave. Many restaurants nearby. Not far from the airport. Good air conditioning. Bathtub. No window. Leave key at front desk for housekeeping services

Positive points: Good for a short time. Sleeper bus station was walking distance. They have hour rates also if you staying for only 2 or 3 hrs.

Review: Place feels quite dodgey when you arrive. Not many tourists in the surrounding area and location is away from the more popular areas of Ho Chi Minh. We purely booked as needed somewhere due to flight delays.

Positive points: This hotel for value offers a clean room, good customer service with knowledgable English speaking reception guides. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay for our first night in Vietnam before we flew out the next morning to Phu Quoc. This is not the part of town that tourists normally go, but I think it should be considered as the food at some of the local venues is the best we've had in Vietnam. It is what the star ratings say it is but we found it very enjoyable.

Không có free 2 chai suối trong phòng như một số ks khác trong tầm giá.

Review: Water pressure was terrible, sometimes no cold water, sometimes water was so hot so we were almost unable to take shower. Room was small, stuff was making noise at night, inside room was noise, fridge, aircon, sounds from outside. Last night was terrible. Room was so small that we were unable even to have 2 luggages open.
