Teddy Apartment at Sky Center Luxury

Review: Ideal location, cleanliness and security facilities.

Positive points: Nothing.

Review: Very nice pool, unfortunately it never gets sunshine as it is surrounded by tall buildings. Kitchens were well equipped.. maybe because of “Tet” did not get any other bottled water other than the 2 provided. No housekeeping or fresh towels. It did not matter to me, as my stay was 3 days. Did not see an exercise room. It was an ok stay.

Positive points: We used the room as day stopover before our midnight flight. Room was very clean, bright and comfortable for our day stay. It rained most of the day, so we watched movies all day and brought snacks from the onsite mini mart.

Review: It's an interesting place to relax. The owner is friendly and supportive during our stay here.

Positive points: Location 5 mins from TSN airport. Plenty of restaurants, food shops, coffee shops within minutes walking. Comfortable apartment with great city views, especially at night. Spacious with very comfortable bed. All facilities in building great, also an outdoor pool. Will be staying again on regular visits to Sai Gon.

Nothing close to what is shown in the pictures. Room had terrible smell, grease/dirt all over, mouldy/dirty/walls, paint peeling off the walls, mould in bathroom. Hasn’t been painted for ages.. Disgusting!!
I’ve read many reviews before I decided to book this place and again this type of booking (apartment with no reception or a host) turns out to be a BIG disappointment and I will not book this type of accomodation ever again.
It makes me really wonder how this place got so many positive reviews. I start to think they are generated and it’s nothing but a scheme. The host is praised many times, but in reality there’s no host - you ask security and they talk to the owners on your behalf. I asked if I could look at the place first and the reply was: no pay, no looking - they knew I wouldn’t stay here if I saw the condition of it.
I’ve stayed in about 100 places so far and this one instantly qualifies for one of the worst on my list. I’m glad I only booked for one night before my flight. Didn’t pay much for the night but if I knew the state of this apartment, I would have never ever even considered staying here. Will never come back here again. Pay little bit more and save yourself going through this terrible experience. Wouldn’t even give one star.

Positive points: close to airport, very affordable, I utilised teddy appartment to rest and shower during a long stop over. host was lovely and supplied refreshments and toiletries. netflix available.

Review: Whether you are staying overnight or long stay, this place is perfect. Clean, essential toiletries are provided. Added bonus is the instant noodles, bottle water and soft drinks
provide for guests. Great host, easy check in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive points: Ma'am Thi is very welcoming. She even gave us additional utensils to go with our stay. She's very communicative and She knows where the best spots are in the city. She even asked her co-worker for assistance when we faced problems concerning the locks of our baggages.

Would cost more for taxi, as it a bit far from everything, except it near airport.
