Review: It wasn’t like the picture the toilet leaked. And the tables were not cleaned wiped with cloth and it was so much dirt.

Some random man walked into my room!!!!! Imagine if i was naked I don’t know if the key swipe is the same for every room . I didn’t feel safe after that. Never again

Positive points: Really great location, walkable to the beach. A good comfy room as well.

Negative points: I was not able to change the temperature of the AC. The remote just had an on and off switch which was a bit hard.

Positive points: Very close to Ala carte hotel which is a beachfront hotel. If you have a Sunworld BanaHills trip, then the Klook bus that picks up from Ala carte hotel would be a very convenient tour! That's why I chose this hotel and also very cheap! Close to the beach and just have a lot access to laundry and other nice local restaurant options! I will book again for sure!

Positive points: Location and one reception girl who I chatted with on WhatsApp

Negative points: TV didn’t work - I asked to check they just said it’s faulty and didn’t even ask if I wanted to change the room.
Lights were working on one side of the bed only.
Shower head was completely broken and splashing in your face while showering.
Very loud construction noise from the outside from 7am! No isolation at all!
Dirty bathroom and windows in the room.
I left after one night - was impossible to stay in that place!

Negative points: Everything. I left after the first night because it was very dirty so I paid for another hotel and the receptionist did t offer me a refund for the remaining 2 nights (at least)!
I’d like to have a refund. Very bad hotel, smells of cigarettes everywhere, everything is so old and not taken care of. The bed linen fought the 1st world war. Insects on the bathroom.
Very poor water pressure.

Positive points: Its quite cheap, room we had was large, bathrooms were not clean. Major building site across road that starts up at 7am. We booked a side view of the sea, no there is a new tower block in the way so only a view of building site. Apart from that it was OK and just to say the staff are lovely.cheap scooter rental.

Review: I booked the hotel, and just 1 hour before checkin they notified they are not able to give us this room but will give another room which is completely the same, we drove 1 hour to check in and the last moment they gave us this news, later they not only couldn’t give us anything near the room they said but they also transferred us to another hotel of there which was absolutely 3rd class compared to the room they showed
